I am rejecting this response because: none of the shirts match the mock up he sent to meI added the picture of what the shirts should of looked likedAnd what he actually did all the shirts are differentHe decide to change the font without asking

To whom it may concern .I sent several mockups (a graphic example of how the work would look before fabrication) to the buyer prior to the work being doneEye Appeal Apparel is a fulfillment which prints on demandWe require a down payment before the work beginsThe buyer agreed to the final mockup and we began the fabrication processBefore our company completes the entire order we also send a pre-press mockup ( this is an non graphic pic of the physical images before press) the buyer only requested that the fonts be bigger We then spoke to the buyer requesting image examples of exactly how he wanted them to lookthe changes were made accordingly The work was completed and picked upThe buyer noticed some mistakes and the mistakes were correctedHowever there was shirts the buyer didn't like the font style..I informed the buyer due to the nature of the material which was heavy glitter vinyl that it could not be removed without damaging the apparel/shirt To rectify the issue we refunded the amount of the cost of the customization portion of the shirt which was $per shirt in cashThe buyers wife then became rude , disrespectful and used disrespectful language which our company does not tolerant and we decided to end the business contactVia several phone conversation the buyer never specified any specific font style or he simply lacked the communication skills to do soAgain Eye Appeal Apparel doesn't print without sending the buyer Mockups Eye Appeal Apparel doesn't print with out buyer confirmationThe client later requested an addition shirt which we respectfully declined
