Review: I used a coupon for window cleanig; they damaged three screens with one completely ruined. They never said anything and haven't returned any calls.

The Living Social coupon for window cleaning covered cleaning ($79), but they left with seemingly clean windwos, but without telling us that three window screens were damaged and one is completely ruined. I have tried calling four times over the last few weeks and have received no return call. We are left with damages more than the Living Social coupon. We would just like the screens replaced.Desired Settlement: I would like three of our screens replaced.

Review: Unable to contact for service, tried calling and emailing and still no response.

I purchase a Groupon for this window cleaning service. I have tried for months to contact this company via phone and email. I have not received a response. I went to Groupon and issued a complaint, they said this business will be contacting me soon. It has been seven days and still have not been contacted.Desired Settlement: Refund for the monies I paid for this service that was purchased through Groupon. Order number is 11-MX through Groupon.

Review: I paid $65 for a auto detail inside and out through Groupon which was supposed to be a $165 dollar value. [redacted] came out to detail my car and spent approximately 40 minutes detailing the car. Upon completion I noticed that the car was not vacuumed, the windows had streaks in them, the cup holders were still dirty and not even touched, the floor mats were still filthy like they were not even touched and there was still garbage on the floor. It looked like he didn't even attempt to clean the inside of the car. The outside was not much better. The tires and rims were not even touched. I was ripped off. I attempted to get a hold of [redacted] but he did not respond. I tried to call the company and the voicemail said the mailbox was full and could not leave a message. I WANT A FULL REFUND! This company should not be in business. I went online to YELP to write a review and there were other people that they have done this to. This has to stop immediately. Please help me.

Review: Eye Bright Window Cleaning is selling [redacted] vouchers for a whole house window cleaning. For a two story home, the vouchers sell for $139. We bought a voucher and scheduled service for today. When the technician arrived he said that we had to purchase additional services or he would not honor the voucher. We asked why, and he said that unless we purchased additional services the company would lose money on the voucher. We responded that of course the company would lose money on the voucher because it was advertising, not business, but he said his boss (name and number available on request) had instructed him to leave the work site unless we bought more services. The additional services costing more than the original voucher. We asked what we should do with the voucher and he said, "Just get a refund". We believe it was the plan all along: to offer a [redacted] voucher at a low price then require the purchase of additional services. Classic bait and switch. This is both unethical and dumb. We have lodged a complaint with [redacted], which has launched an investigation, and we are lodging a complaint with the Revdex.com as well. By the way, the technician was early to our appointment because this whole process of customers objecting to a bait and switch has already happened twice before just today.Desired Settlement: We would like the company to honor the original voucher for service and wash our windows. Short of that, please publicize that this company is unethical (and/or stupid) and should not be dealt with.
