refund and have yet to have a reply from her. I also tried to call the Revdex.com office and got a recording that all reps are in a meeting and unavailable. I am unsure of what to do and wasn’t able to access any information online. The letter I received said I could respond online but there isn’t anywhere to respond as there aren’t any complaints online? I am simply unsure of how to proceed. Any information would be helpful.
I’ve sent 3 emails to buyer so far about this issue. I had misplaced her package and was unaware of it until getting a letter from the Revdex.com. I had packaged all orders and went on vacation at end of business day. My website was put on disable and all emails were to be forwarded to my regular email address. As I’ve discovered since this complaint, the email service that I had paid for separately was somehow also disabled with my site so any messages received were never received at all nor able to be forwarded. The buyer said she did call but never left a message so I was unaware of her trying to contact me and upon receiving the letter, went to my shop and found that her package had fallen behind a shelf (my shipping station table) and as I had sent over 30 packages that day, I didn’t even realize it fell behind. I contacted her to try to refund the order and have not heard back at all. I ended up just sending the items to her Priority with Tracking and Insurance as well as a refund payment for items that have since sold out. I have copies of the refund check and Tracking info is as follows: [redacted] I am fully aware that the oversight on my part is solely my responsibility and a mistake I fear will be paid for dearly with a 3 year report but has been a valuable lesson to me in diligence none the less. I am unsure of what further steps are required and have sent an email to the Revdex.com as well.

I was out of town for one week when the business was trying to contact me.  I did reply back to the business when I returned on May 22, 2015.  Today, I received the partial order along with a refund check for the remaining items that were out of stock.  I consider this issue resolved at this time as long as the check that I deposited this morning does not bounce.  That should be confirmed within the next few days.
