Sent: Thursday, February 09, 2017 8:39 PMSubject: refuse response I was told by optician that the staff was unruly etc he agreed to fix in future but still waiting for warrenty info  and his name is not  Rhonda who responded  I was not abusive they were, bottem line THEY HAVE A DUTY to transfer or continue with warrenty repairs I was not abusive my next eye appointment was confirmed on Friday and I was cancelled and dropped with 2 hrs notice on Monday they say that   but I was in hospice and couldn’t hold anything that was the reason for glasses as you see instead of answer the complaint (warrenty) they just attack if you were dying and needed those glasses to see yu to would be upset 2 months we waited they were paid in advance but was refused glasses    optitian  was on vacation  agreed he would fix them and would call with warrenty info   RHONDA is from medical and very hostile I WILL NOT ACCEPT THIS RESPONSE or they can transfer it to new eye doc BTW since I had no notice they dropped me I had eye damage as it took me 3 months to get appointment they said they dropped me in july no letter nothing and I was upset as I had doublevision  thanks to Rhonda (not a medical staff )I now have permanent damage I need that warrenty to continue on
