I never checked space of 4xuntil after job was done if he put 4xin right there would not be a problemsHis the one that should of put post in right 4xplacement see letter 3-27-all post were in wrong placeIf I was watching all the itemWhy would not say anything why would I want to pay to have job done to fence up and plus I don't have a back porchHe missed taken down 12" of fence I told him on the 2nd day in the morning he said if it was not included why were you charging me for it he charged me for ftBy his statement the fence would of been ft not he charged ft and that was $that feetCenter S***: He said was watching all the time if I was why didn't say anything when I notice that I come out ask him why he didn't add them he said he misunderstood me and he would add them I said you can't know because you cut 4xoff too short to add them.5.Stop payment check: I stopped payment two days later after job was done 3-7-after I checked job and saw bad job was stop payment was on 3-9-Offer to fix fence: When I called him on 3-17-he asked what I wanted him to do I said take fence all the way down and give me my money back he made appointment on 3-23-17 to pm never showed upSent me a letter with money order $and said not to contact him anymore call his attorney *** *** of Sac CalHe said I asked for over $I never did at this time money back and take fence downif job was done so good why did he send me $backThe only time I asked for the $was at the time of letter to Revdex.comMost of his statement are liesThis man has no idea how to do FencePlus my understand is that he's an honest man that is only to job at $and LowerHe was charging me $The main reason for this action is to try and stop him from doing this to someone else

The fence built for this customer was a replacement for a rotted fence that had fell during a winter stormI was hired at $per linear foot to build a redwood fence for the customerHe ordered all of the wood and had it deliveredThe first day was only tear down / removal of the old fence and
setting all of the posts in concretePost placement was there for over hours setting prior to the end of the buildIf the customer had an issue with post placement being not exactly eight feet from each other, then would have been a great time to notify meThe customer watched me the entire time out his back window, if not standing on the back porchNothing was said to me about his displeasure intil the build was completeThe additional portion of fence that he claims I "missed, was in addition to the original 60" agreed, and I did not charge the customer for this additionUpon completion I asked the customer how it lookedHe stated that it was ok, but mad that I didn't put a center stringer on the fenceI told him that would have been and easy fix for me and I could add themHe declinedI offered to buy the leftover wood from him considering I build a lot of fencingHe agreed and completed the clean up and left propertyThe customer paid me an initial $for the deposit on the jobThe balance was $252, which the customer wrote a check for, but then placed a stop payment on, so I never received the fundsI received a call a week later from the customer stating that he was unhappy with the buildI offered to come fix whatever was a issue at no chargeHe declined and told me that the only resolution was for me to come deconstruct the fence for free and refund him over $I told him that I would have a resolution for him by ThursdayI calculated the cost of the fence removal and dump runs made to dispose of ithe old fence, deducted it from the deposit paid of $and sent the refund of $which was the balance left after deductionsThe fence built was strong and stable upon my leaving
