I had an eye exam with this provider, [redacted],O.D. on 6/06/13.I paid $124 with my personal CC for CPT# [redacted]. When I discovered that my [redacted] Health Plan Insurance would cover this visit with a $65 co-pay I asked this office to bill my insurance and credit me the $59 difference.The claim processed through [redacted] on 8/03/13. Eye Care Management was paid $25.62 as an in-network provider.I have yet to receive my refund!One of the excuses [redacted] (billing) gave was that she was going to rebill for CPT [redacted] for Fundus Photo and only wanted to write one refund check.As of today, 12/09/13 they have not submitted this to [redacted]. My wife has called the office no less then eight times about this matter without resolution.Please help! [redacted]
