I contacted Mr [redacted] on 10/and apologized for the lack of service, I was very upset on how his inspection had been handled I can confirm that Mr [redacted] has been contacted with an inspection date that fits into his schedule Thank you ***

U.SQuality Furniture Services, Inc
(USQFS) is in receipt of your notice regarding the above referenced
complaint. USQFS is a third party
independent warranty furniture repair contractor for several major
retailers. Our job is to inspect and
evaluate furniture in their customer’s home and report our findings back to the
retailer. It is then the retailer’s
decision to send us to repair the furniture or offer a reselection to their
customerWe have researched the above complaint and our findings are as
follows:
1. USQFS does not provide
customer service for ***, therefore, *** *** initial call was made
directly to ***, not USQFSOn May 30, USQFS received a work order from
*** (the Retailer) stating that their customer was complaining there was a
tear on her *** unit and we were asked to inspect the merchandiseUSQFS
called *** *** and left messages on June 01, and to schedule a
service callOn June the service order was closed and sent back to ***
due to no response
2. On June 11, *** sent USQFS
two (2) new service orders to inspect the tear and the mechanism on the
reclinerUSQFS called on June and left a message to schedule serviceOn
June 15, *** *** called and scheduled service for July On June Ms
*** called and stated she did not like that date and we moved service to
June
3. On June our technician
inspected the merchandise and determined parts were needed in order to complete
the repairs
4. On July 17, *** ***
called USQFS to advise that her parts had been received at her home and we
scheduled service at that time for August for installation
USQFS followed standard industry practices in
relation to service for Ms***Should you have any questions and/or
require additional information please contact me

I called *** *** on 1/27, First to apologize and then to offer to send
out a technician to help with the issue to her furniture, we settled on a
service date of 2/
Today 2/2, I called *** back to see how the service call went, it
seems that the majority of the repairs were
completed to *** ***
satisfaction

I spoke to Mr*** on 12/
to expedite getting a technician to his home on 12/though the
technician attempted to repair the break on the sofa on the service date, it
became apparent that the damage was to severe, and the repair did not
hold
I followed up with
Mr
*** again on Monday 12/28, to inform him that I had spoken to the Corp
office @ Dillard's to explain that the repair did not hold up, and any further
repairs would not be possible, they assured me that they would have the
store reach out to Mr*** and resolve, which I believe will be to
Mr*** satisfaction. Thank youLiam

I contacted Mr. [redacted] on 10/21 and apologized for the lack of service,
I was very upset on how his inspection had been handled.
I can confirm that Mr. [redacted] has been contacted with an inspection
date that fits into his schedule.

addressed and counseled. I did call and spoke to Mrs. [redacted] and apologized on the technicians behavior. US Quality does not dictate the outcome of the resolution.

Just wanted to update, that I had my staff reach out to the customer on 12/22 to offer service on Sat 12/26, however the customer was going to be out of town for the holidays, and requested to keep their service date of 1/9/16, I will follow up with Ms. Margate once the service has been...

[redacted] stated that no one called and apologized, due to the age of the complaint
and timeline, it is very feasible I mistook this complaint with another.
I
have left two voice messages with the [redacted] family with my direct contact
information, and wish to follow up with them and apologize.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I wanted to assure you that NO ONE from Quality returned any of my calls and they surely never apologized!
