I appreciate the opportunity to address Mr [redacted] concerns and would like to share the following: When a member of maintenance and both sales people were at the home site inspecting the exterior and underneath the home a person pulled into the driveway identified himself as a “house sitter” and asked what they were doing at the home and it was explained, they were looking for a water leakIt was at that time that the house sitter explained that a toilet in the home was running and was so bad that they had to turn it off at the valve when not using it it was then that maintenance explained it sounded like a bad flapper and would be by the next day to replace it which we will on 11/23/It should be further noted that while we cannot confirm additional occupants in the home it was shared from Mr [redacted] to [redacted] one of the sales people for Boulder Ridge that Mr [redacted] got married approximately months ago while this additional occupant may not cause a change in the water usage as that billed this one month, it does not explain why she was not added to the lease per the lease agreement should she be living there We will gladly look at the usages after the flapper is replaced to gauge if there is a difference in charges to insure that this repair corrects the issue however if not reported upon finding the issue, we cannot be liable for the additional water usages and rely upon the fact that the valve was always remembered to be shut off after use or not and feel strongly that this bill is accurate and the responsibility of the resident

We as management do have the right to remove any illegal or unauthorized parked vehiclesHowever, we are not a tow company, for which we contract the towing servicesWe do this also to ensure 100% ccompliance with all Texas related towing lawsWe have no comment in regard to current or previous managers as all staff is required to follow the terms of the lease agreement and community rules and regulationsIn closing we have been notified by *** that she is seeking counsel and therefore request that we not be required to respond to any further rejections based on this information.It is our hope that the Revdex.com has reviewed the community rules and regulations as well as the photo provided and that this matter can now be closed. Please see the attached rules and regulations for Boulder Ridge, specifically page 3 under AUTOMOBILES it states Residents shall park only in spaces provided y Management. Item talks about Management's right to remove vehicles parked in violation. I have also attached a picture of
the Brenda's vehicle partially parked in the grass Thank you, ** ***General Manager*** ***

I am rejecting this response because:The community has 530 homes and management only allows 10 visitors parking. Which is unacceptable and already setting the tenants and HOMEOWNERS up for failure. Of course ** and [redacted] wouldn't mind nor would it affect them. They have lplanty room to park. If the contract states management can remove vehicles why are they using a tow company and its the tow truck drivers option to take photo picture and tow the vehicle. Of course towing is only happening during night hours which management doesn't operate during those hours. This is unacceptable, and I refuse to be taken for granted when I am not a renter. I own my house, and I understand I do not own the lot but they push people buy buy buy. Its cheaper and better only for them to make the sale. They don't care about people's money or feelings. They didn't happen when [redacted] was management. She at least took the time to hear both sides and made it right for her home owners. All ** cares about is money and making sure she is center of attention. She is rude and makes up her own rules and changes things when its convenience to her. I understand makes the community better place but there are other ways that can be done. Last night I was up driving around knocking on homes that tow truck driver was trying to tow and I will cont. Too do so and cont. To make sure the community is aware so they don't loose $200. Also I will be sending out letters and pictures of my vehicle that was towed warning everyone around area. I will make sure my voice is heard. And I will do my best to relocate or sell my home in the future. Thank you for your time and not helping or responding with resolution. Honestly not supriced.
