I have found the response it was in my spam boxI have read it and Eye Encounters response is made up from my complaint. I came into the store talking to the young lady I ordered glasses with and first started talking about my contact lenses plan coverage this guy was there and jumped into the conversation before I could finish speaking with the young lady questioning me and calling me crazy and stupid telling me to go sit down like as if he was my slave masterAt that point of his behavior he had no clue that I had been in the store previously and ordered glasses he just thought I was there for contact lensesI requested that they speak with my insurance plan because of me having a certain medical condition that can impact my eyesight I can get lenses or glasses at any time if needed in my case that's what unlimited and they said to him that he was not entitled to any other information which he tried to get without my permission as I was standing thereAfter that I said to the young lady I game in for the glasses as well he said to her don't sell her anything because he was mad that they would not give him any more information which he was not entitled toSo I said then give me my money back because I paid $down when I was fitted for the frames and had to wait for them to call me for when the glasses where readyHe said to the girl she has glasses she said yes and I put down dollars right after that I told him since you told her that then give me my money because I should not have been put through what he didI haven't even seen my glass yet because of his attack on meWhen he found there was money involved then he said I'm not getting my money back
even thuo he told them not to serve meHe did want to give me my money back he was trying to keep it so I called the police in front of him and then he left the store as if he had some kind of trouble with the policeAt this point I have not tried on my glasses yet to make sure my script and fit was correctI tried them on after the police left advising me to sue him if he does not give me my money and gave me the correct address which is in my original filing to Revdex.comAfter the police left I asked to see the glasses I tried them on and the script was know where near what I was to have so it was no need for him to keep my money on them as I stated other people came in complaining that there script was not rightNow the reading glasses I ordered was fine because I gave them the numbers on themBut I will not stay with that company I truly believe its the young lady who is messing up the scripts on people after we see the doctormy invisible line was above my eye ball
for bifocalI had my script on hand from *** *** and the eye doctor for eye encounter was off as well I could not read the car tags in the parking lot 2rows over for distanceThe girl called him and he asked her what the police said to me and him I want my money even more so because the script was wrong and I was not gong to chance it being wrong againHe told her to tell me noI was will to pay for the readers when he did that but wanted my money for the balance of the sale price he would only owe me the readers and the frames for the one that was for my script and some monetary funds but he is trying to keep the glasses and my money

*** *** ordered glasses and we made them up she left a deposit on themShe came in tried them on could see fine, was paying them offThe glasses were ready since SeptemberThen she wants contacts with her insurance which covers her routine eye exam but not her fitting of contacts which we
explained to her and even put her insurance provider on the phone and explained to her insurance only covers dollars toward her contacts and she has to pay a co pay on the contact lens fitting she thinks sho gets unlimited amount of contacts lenses which is absurd no one gets a unlimited supply of contacts we explained to her, insurance company explained to her, she does not understandShe made a scene in store called the police like they could change her insurance she could see fine out of the glasses she tried them on she was totally out of line with her attitude and her information which she was making up there is no refundEye encounters

Review: Hi,I cannot even begin to tell you the low customer service experience I have over come at this particular locationI was prescribed a faulty contact prescription- I brought it to the receptionist attention and he was no helpI asked for his manager and he got nasty and said, "I am the manager." So I asked for his name and he failed to give it to meI asked for the corporation phone number and he insisted on not giving me any informationHe then called me a "b[redacted]h" and from there he became very hostileHis co workers just stood there watching this harassing manI am completely appalled with the customer service I received with this man, none the less, the way he handled my complaint- It was offensive and intolerable.Desired Settlement: I now have to go to another eye provider and get my eyes re-examined, and at this point the insurance company will not pay for another annual examLeaving me to come out of pocketThe co-pay was $40, another exam will be $100-$So I am asking for my $dollar refund plus the amount of an eye exam out of pocket($150)

I am rejecting this response because this is not what happenI never called yelling on the phone, hopefully for employee and customer reference the call was monitored and the call can be pulled and listened to if necessaryAt the time of the call I thought it was just a mistake on their part, there was no reason for me to yell and get upsetI became more "defensive" once I got to the location, was given poor service from a man who seems to have problems working with the company and then called me a "B[redacted]"The prescription sheet was laying out on the counter and as I picked up the form to review this, the man then tried to grab it out of my handI told him not to touch me, due to upon my arrival he was out front smoking and failed to wash his hands before servicing meOnce I asked to speak to the manager he got angry and called me a "b[redacted]" This confirms that customer service is not is number one priority nor that customer are treated like familyI have worn contacts for years, I am aware of the processI called another Optometrist and some people with astigmatism, which is what I have, have trouble finding the "right" contact lensAfter giving me a mis-prescribed contact lens I am asking for my money backAlso, it is never an affordability issue, I am a full time college student at [redacted] and working a full time job to provide for myselfI never have asked for a hand out-- all I am looking for is what I paid forI drive, read, and stare at a computer for most parts of my dayUnfortunately, due to the demographics of the area I understand why they are throwing there hands up and saying I am trying to get over, yet it is unfair to me because I have just been thrown in to this category of people they deal with day to dayI have moved forward and got a new prescription for glasses and contacts and a loyal serviceHowever, I did have to come out of pocket because the insurance, that I pay for monthly, only covers eye exams every monthsI am asking for my money back due to the horrible customer service, the fact that I was called a "B[redacted]" and because I had to come out of pocket for a misdiagnosis
