Review: I paid for an eye exam and was given the incorrect prescription and did not know until after I ordered 4 pairs of glasses that came in with the wrong script I received from eyeglass depot. I went back to the store to get a second exam by a different doctor at eyeglass depot who then gave me the correct script at that time I asked for the frames I had already paid for to be filled to be refilled with the correct prescription then the customer service rep not only refused to have them refilled but began to call me a [redacted] and use other foul language when I requested to speak with the owner or manager . Thi was certainly the most disgusting and humiliating service I have ever experienced .Desired Settlement: An official apology and the refund for the prescription I had to pay for $400
