it was an online price error that we corrected immediately. unfortunately there was lots of orders that we had to cancel. a company with our size wouldn't be able to eat such loses. We have already offered James a $10 credit for future use.

make sure the customer received her [redacted] gift card Rebates. The rebate cards have been sent out on three different occasions to accommodate our customer. The rebate center informed me that [redacted] has received the [redacted] gift cards and they have already been spent. If for some reason the customer has not received the rebate gift cards to please call [redacted] so we might continue to attempt to accommodate her. I called and left a message, Friday 6/24, for [redacted] to make sure that she received the [redacted] gift cards.
