I went on my honeymoon to Iceland and needed a drone to rent under short notice. A friend of mine recommended Eye In The Sky and boy did they come through! They made the process of renting, working, and sending back a drone, a breeze. The whole experience was super easy and I ended up being able to record some sick footage at a super reasonable type.

I rented a drone from this company in preparation for showing the progress at my new cabin being built in the mountains. Not having any previous drone knowledge I rented the drone with only 2 batteries. 2 batteries that I come to find only run for 15 minutes before dying. At a cabin...being built...with no electricity. Not their fault. So I call and talk to the manager saying, I had no way of knowing this, I rented it for 7 days, but I can only use it for 30 minutes. Can I get some sort of compensation? Can I split with you the cost to overnight 2 extra batteries? No. The owner cared more about Kim Kardashian than he did about me being an honest customer, who had no way of knowing of the limited battery life. A customer that didn't ask for his money back, but wanted some help in getting some batteries to him ASAP so he could somewhat make up for the loss of renting the drone for $250. Nope.

They will not be in business much longer with this poor customer service.

I rented a drone with Eye in the Sky Rentals and had an amazing experience. The Phantom 4 Professional was easy to operate and all of the instructions and tutorials were easy to follow. Not to mention, the customer service was amazing! Any questions I had were promptly answered, even after hours. I was truly impressed with the product and the service. Would highly recommend this to others!
