When talking with these people they are not knowledgeable of services and will not honor your contract I was given a contract with $co-pay and $cost on my contacts I go to the doctor and a few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $ I asked why and they said they only pay $towards my contacts My advice, find another company if you want eye insurance They do not honor their word that is in black and white

When talking with these people they are not knowledgeable of services and will not honor your contract. I was given a contract with $0 co-pay and $0 cost on my contacts. I go to the doctor and a few weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $147. I asked why and they said they only pay $100 towards my contacts. My advice, find another company if you want eye insurance. They do not honor their word that is in black and white.
