Hello,We have received a complaint in regards to the customer, unfortunately we are unable to locate their order within our database using the information that was already provided to us Please assist us to locate their order and resolving the issue by providing us with the following information:1) order number2) first and last of the credit card which you used to make the order3) description for the charge on your credit card.Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel before the days was overThe customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the productAfter the customer finishes their day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a day supply plus shipping and handlingUsually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be chargedIt was stated in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check outThe customer must call in and cancel their account before the day trial is overIf the customer fails to cancel their account, they will be charged for the trial product and be subscribed onto our monthly subscription Thank you

The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product. After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial is over. Review: On 3/9/15, I ordered a trial product. Trial period clearly states money back guarantee if not satisfied with product. I phoned [redacted] in to cancel the order and membership on 3/22/15, clearly within the trail period. On 3/23/15, Eye Revive charged $85.95 for a monthly subscription fee. I called on 3/23/15 and they confirmed my account was 'cancelled' would a get a full refund and to ship back anything that may have been shipped. I called back today 4/26/15 wanting an update on the reimbursement and the operator stated that I did not cancel within the 30 day period. I stated that I cancelled on 3/22/15, but operator stated that I used the automated service to cancel and not speak with a live representative. Their 'policy' does not allow the automated service to cancel. I expressed to the operator that nowhere in their terms (http://geteyerevive.com/terms.html) does this state automated system to cancel membership is not a valid methodology to cancel accounts.I am requesting a full refund of $85.95 but requesting Revdex.com to fully review the business practices by Eye Revive as defined in their terms http://geteyerevive.com/terms.html. There are so many contradictions in their terms and conditions that the Eye Revive operators are simply not refunding due to the ambiguity of their poorly written terms.Desired Settlement: Full Refund of $85.95 to my debit card. I complied with their policies to cancel within 14-days but there refusal to not refund a monthly service charge that I did not order is unjust.
