On 11/05/i paid for postage for two products Eye Sensation and Skin Refresh from The Essential Skin Now Company Please see charges on my credit card for $and $on my credit card.On 11/20/I was charged $and $for the above mentioned productsI did not
realize that I had to send the products unsed or unused back within days or else be charged the $or $I thought theses were trial sized products.on 12/07/I was informed by email that I was charged $and $for the two products as a recurring charge! I immediately emailed and called the company at ***-***-*** to stop the charges and ask for a refundThe company did refund me the charges for 12/07/but not for the ones on 11/20/ Thank you,*** ***

To restate the Business' response, I have been completely and fully CREDITED the FULL AMOUNTS for TWO Separate Deliveries of a Total of Products at $92.99, $92.97, $and $92.97. I will reach out to the Business to offer that their UNOPENED products will be Returned by me at my expense as a sign of my appreciation for their FULL REFUND.I would like to thank the Revdex.com of San Diego for your engagement in this resolution. I do not intend to post any Comments regarding their business and only suggest that the Business create a more flexible RETURN POLICY
