Thank you for bringing this to our attentionBelow you will find specific dates in regards to the timeline for the complaint from this customerIt should be noted that after our response to the customer's question in regards to her rental deposit being refunded, we have not heard back from
her. Aug28th 2017: Customer purchased a rental item and paid a rental deposit of $This rental deposit will be returned to the customer upon return of the rental unit. Aug29th 2017: The item was shipped to the customer.Sept1st 2017: The item was delivered to the customer.Jan29th 2018: The customer emailed us in regards to her rental return, stating " The verification of my return is attachedHowever, I did not receive the refund for the item that I returned."Jan29th 2018: We replied to the customer's email, stating " While we do appreciate you providing a receipt of payment for some sort of shipment, I would suggest to actually use the tracking number/label number that is on your verification to locate the packageIf you do this, you will not only see that we did not receive the package, but that the package was never even shipped."We have not heard back from the customer. I have attached a screenshot of the email correspondence as well as the customer's receipt she provided in regards to purchasing a labelIf you look at said receipt that the customer has provided, the postage was purchased, but the package was never picked up/dropped off, or shippedAgain, the customer is stating that the item was returned to us via USPS on tracking number *** ,but as you can see by both tracking that number or by looking at the receipt that she provided, this is nothing more than a label that has been createdIt has NOT been returned to us, nor even shipped.This is not a situation where there was a mistake on the carrier's part or there is a tracking number that said it was delivered but we do not have itThis is a situation where the customer has not even returned the unitThe customer providing her label receipt actually proves thisWe tried to alert the customer of this and were ignored. As we told the customer, we are more than happy to issue her the rental deposit back, when the device is returned to us. Thank you,*** ***SSW Company
