Good morning [redacted] has been seen by the optometrist here times and has not shown up for two additional appointments He was given pairs of trial contact lenses at different times and was supposed to come back wearing them, but never came back with them on He claims they were not comfortable and hard to handle, but wanted another pairs of lenses that he already had tried on and did not like The doctor offered to give him trial daily contact lenses but he refused because of the expense in buying the boxesIn addition he paid $for the exam not $ The $was for eye glass lenses that he purchased and was happy with As a respected business owner in the community, I will refund him the $in good faith, if you feel that it is the right thing to do In my almost years of being in this business I have never run into this problem

The $120.00 was for eye glass lenses that he purchased and was happy with. As a respected business owner in the community, I will refund him the $95.00 in good faith, if you feel that it is the right thing to do. In my almost 25 years of being in this business I have never run into this problem.
