Electric installed a sewer liner at this property on3/15/2013.  We did run into few issues soonafter the liner installation, but those issues were corrected at no chargeimmediately upon Help being made aware of any concerns.  Once those issues were corrected, there wereno further issues with the sewer itself. However, we were called out becausewater was entering the basement on three separate occasions (2/21/14, 3/5/15and 3/17/15).    On each occasion, ourservice specialists, including two different Senior Plumbing Specialists, determinedthat the water was entering through the foundation wall and not through thesewer liner or due to any defect with the sewer liner.  As suggested on our most recent visit, you should have awaterproofing company of your choice visit the property and assess the issuesthat you are having.  Not only will thisprovide clarity on the issue, but will also provide an unbiased third partyperspective on the matter.  HelpPlumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric stands behind its work and thediagnosis made by our Senior Plumbers. If there is an issue with the sewer liner itself, Help will gladlyprovide an amicable solution to the matter. Regards, [redacted]Mission Control ManagerHELP Plumbing,Heating,Cooling and ElectricOffice: 513-333-HELP (4357)
