I first started taken care of *** *** on 5/17/? He first purchased glasses on 6/16/and was very happy? When he said he wanted to purhcase a new pair, I asked *** if he was having any problems with his vision? He said the prescription was good to use the frames he picked out
were larger than the original ones? I adjusted the optical centers, so they would be at the same level as his eyes? He complained that the reading was not as good? We had the doctor who is independent of working for Eye to Eye Optical, complete an eye examination6/10/? I made new lenses and he still was not happy? The doctor did another exam 7/8/and we made new lenses again? He also picked out new frames when these were made? After making the glasses over four times with new lenses, two different frames *** still was not happy? I offered to make them over again with him bringing in a new prescription from his own doctor, he refused? Anh declined giving me the opportunity to make the prescription over again? Any profit on the glasses was lost on the second make over.The contact lenses *** stated were the best correction he had ever seen? Since the prescription was then made at a different optical shop, *** did not trust what was given to him, these contacts were made to order" based on his higher astigmatism? On the visual aquity chart he was seeing 20/15-which is better than 20/? *** glasses had a lot of special features on his lensesHi Index 1.67, Transitions changeable lenses, Special base curve, Special center thickness, non-blare coatingYes, *** did spend for the extra's he picked out on his glasses? No matter what I say he will not be happy? I can only make a prescription based on an independent doctor of optometry? I can not refund any of his money, since the profit was lost on all the make-over? Than You
