            On August [redacted], 2013, [redacted]...

purchased a $600 Bulgari frame with progressive lenses and a 15% gradient tint/brown and Crizal coating. This purchase came with a one year warranty and a free eye exam. After wearing her glasses for over five months after the purchase- January [redacted], 2014 - [redacted] came back to the store complaining that her lenses were peeling. I specifically told her not to worry because I would replace the lenses with a new pair for free.

After sending her old lenses back to our lab, they determined that she used some kind of liquid soap detergent which she later admitted to using and was warned earlier to only use a Crizal cloth and a lense cleaner given to her free of charge. That is why the Crizal coating peeled.

On January **, 2014, - two weeks later - [redacted] came back a second time to complain. She claimed that she had never ordered a 15% gradient tint/brown and complaining that the tint was pink... This claim is false due to the fact that I have proof from the lab and the prescription from the doctor proving that she did have it on her first order. Lenses are redone only according to the original prescription.

We again told her that we are willing to change the lenses again for free and take out the 15% gradient tint/brown.we asked if she was sure that she wanted the tint out because we had to do a new set of lenses ….we warned her and agreed to change it for the last time...

Exactly one week later, she came back again stating that she wants the tints back on her lenses again....we explained to her that we cannot redo the lenses again with out a charge...if she wanted new lenses she would have to pay for them this time...

We did exactly everything she requested  and we only ask that the truth is noted from this episode of  inconvenience...we are deeply sorry for her misunderstanding.....after three times of changing her lenses absolutely for free, we went far and beyond any professional optical practice.... Thank you for letting us respond to this false accusations......I am also sending you proof from the lab stating all the dates and prescription....

Review: I purchased a pair of progressive lenses eyeglasses. Was seen by their doctor who wrote the prescription. After 2 months the lenses appeared to be peeling, unable to be seen through. Returned to the store to have the lenses redone. Spoke to the gentleman who was in the store ([redacted]) he was very persistent and said he will have it replaced even though I was not happy with the quality of the lenses, especially after paying $600.00. I have never had lenses peel. He sent them out informing me he would replace the lenses, after 10 days they returned with a pink tint which was not what I requested on the original order. They said they did not know why the tint and would send them out again another 10 day wait. On the third time they were returned I was still unable to use the lenses. My eyes are very sensitive and I am unable to use these glasses. Each time they did not replace the lenses just kept working on the original which are now useless and not able to be repaired. I have spoken to [redacted] and she informed me that the only way to fix is to pay for new lenses which are $360. I believe the lenses were defective from the first time and I would like to be reimbursed so I may go to a reputable business. Thank you for your time. My friend was with me each time verifying my situation with the business.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, so I may go to a reputable company to receive eyeglasses which I can use. I believe I have tried to work with the [redacted] in good faith.
