Money backIordered crizal lenses and my frame broke went somewhere else to get glasses and the guy at [redacted] said these don't have crizal in them.Desired SettlementIm seeing my money backBusiness Response There is more to this story than the statement suggests. Our documentation shows that the patient originally ordered and received glasses that had Crizal lens coating. She returned shortly after and wanted a different frame, to which we obliged and sent to the lab, we did not charge her any re-stocking or re-do fees. When that second order was submitted there was a miscommunication between our staff and the lab. An anti-reflective coating was put on that was not Crizal but one that falls into the same class and standards, this was a mistake and we offered to fix it for her at no charge. It must be clearly noted here that regardless of what [redacted] said, there is no way that one can tell the difference between Crizal and Ultra which was mistakenly put on and there is little to no price difference. I state this because it is important for all to see that there was no intent on our part to cut a corner. It would not benefit us in any way. It's a simple mistake where the wrong box was circled and we have offered multiple times to correct it for her. Refunding her makes no sense as we have tried multiple times to satisfy the customer and will continue to do so. If she does not want us to put new lenses with Crizal in then she has a product that is IDENTICAL in quality. Please tell us how to proceed and we will gladly do so. Further, I believe [redacted] should step forward and demonstrate to all involved including us, the patient, our lab and Revdex.com how they can look at a lens and determine whether it is Crizal or Ultra. This will not happen because it is impossible and it is unfortunate that they flamed a fire unnecessarily to harass a competitor.
