Review: I was at the [redacted] location, yesterday, October 16, at 6:30 PM approximately to have facial threading. During the time of the threading the service provider missed some spots and I asked her to go over those areas. Apparently, this upset her. At the end of the session. At this point she said "Do not come back here again?". When I asked her why, she said "Because you take too long, and I have other customers waiting", and at this point I paid the charges $30, and said "you should have told me earlier if you did not want to service me?" And at this point the two other service providers also joined in with the service provider that attended me and started laughing at me. I felt bullied and feel their actions were discriminatory, and as I was alone I said nothing and walked away.

Later that evening my step-father, [redacted] went to the store and asked them as to who attended to his daughter [redacted] and described me. First they all refused to acknowledge and pretended that there was no one of that likeness in the store that evening. My step father knew they were less than honest, and when he insisted and mentioned the exact words "Do not come back here again?" and the circumstances on [redacted] came forward and began to justify why she said that. It became apparent to my step-father that her intention is to run through as many customers as possible to make as much money as she could rather than provide a service defined by the service catalog and the price! When my step-father asked why his daughter was bullied and told not to come here again (discriminatatory) they remained quiet and did not provide an adequate answer.Desired Settlement: Fire the people involved. Train other service providers that "a customer is always right!. Also train them to know that it is probably not legal to refuse a customer for a service. Also train them that a facial for $30 means a facial -- it does not matter if someone takes less time or more time -- it is the service provider who controls how much time she takes to remove the facial hairs for the price listed.
