On 10/13/I paid $to Eyebrow Plus in Clackamas Town Center which included months of eyebrow threadingI did not authorize anyone to debit my account to extend those services every monthsI have since discovered that my account was debited $on 1/21/and another $on 4/21/for services I did not want and did not receive
Two weeks ago I left phone messages at the Corporate Headquarters but neither was returnedI also tried to send an email but it would not go through when I tried to submit itI also went to the Clackamas store todayThe manager was quite uncooperative and made me wait for minutesI feel that this is a scam and that I signed for only months of membership under pretenses.I have still had no satisfaction or resolution

Received staph infection from services, and received terrible customer service when dealing with situation.

On March 18th, 2016, [redacted] sent an email demanding a cancellation and threatened the safety of our employees. Eyebrow Plus has come to the conclusion to cancel all of [redacted]'s accounts, and remove her from collections although the cancellation requests sent by [redacted] were submitted past the cancellation due date.

I did not threaten their employees. I threatened to go inside their locations again and tell each customer about how this company failed to process the cancellation request from last year. As a consumer, I am very disappointed that this company made the mistake of not processing my request and made me go to these lengths to not be billed for something they should have cancelled. I will accept their response if I do not get another bill from a collection agency. Still will not recommend other consumers sign up for their membership. There are plenty of other more professional options. Bad bad business here!!

Review: the girls there are very rude when you a question. when I asked them for a cleanup on my eyebrows, she did not do what I asked her to do she completely reshaped my eyebrows and one looking different from the other, when she asked if I liked them I told her no because that is not what I asked for and when I asked her to fix them so they would at least look the same she was upset and rude because I didn't like what she had done. The next time I went back the owner happened to be there and I complained to him about the incident, he apologized and gave me his personal cell phone number in case I ever had an issue again. About 2 weeks ago I went to have my eyebrows done and when I asked one of the girls a question she was very rude and short. I then decided that I would contact [redacted] the owner to let him know of the issue, I have called him 3 times and left him 2 voice mails stating that once again I had an issue with one of his employees. He never called back in the second voice mail I stated I no longer wanted services from his company and would like to be refunded for my membership. He still has not responded to my messages. All I would like is my money back which I don't see it being an issue being that I am not in a contract.

I am contacting you on behalf of [redacted]. Regarding a complaint by a consumer name [redacted]. The client is a member with Eyebrow Plus for 3 months and has membership for eyebrow and Upperlip service for which she paid $55. The client is offered a 3 month membership for unlimited use and at the same time all of our locations have signage that states that we dont not give refunds. According to the customer complaint, the owner ([redacted]) gave his personal phone number to the client which is incorrect as a business never disclose his personal information with any customer. The client was given membership by a employee who does not work with Eyebrow Plus Due to family emergencies. There are some customers from Eyebrow Plus Inc. that have a contact with the employee and therefore, the employee wants to give hard time to the company by provoking clients or taking their help to give hard time. The reason behind this is that another customer also requested for a refund due to the fact that she likes to get her service done from that same employee that no longer works for Eyebrow Plus Inc. According to our policies, we do not sell our memberships by promising that they will be serviced by the employee every time. After taking with this customer, I was told that the mall management gave the phone number of the owner (which can not be true, because mall management does not release the personal information of the owner). Both scenario are somewhat same.

Even if the customer is requesting a refund, regardless of what reasons I have stated; Eyebrow Plus Inc. has a policy which is visible in every location of Eyebrow Plus that our sales are finals and no refunds given. In any case if we were to do a partial refund. We would charge the person for 1 time service. for example [redacted] has a 3 month membership which was purchase in June for eyebrows and upperlip and paid $55. If she decided not to go for the membership and only paid 1 time service, she would be charged $22. Adding another $33 gave her a 3 month membership with the total of $55. If she has use the membership second time thats another $22 which makes it a tolal of $44 and 1 more visit to Eyebrow Plus already exceed the amount the customer paid for. Therefore, we do not offer refunds in such scenario but we always recommend our clients to try our different employees just in case they do not like the service of a certain employee or giving a couple weeks of extension on their membership.

You are stating that [redacted] did not give me his personal cell phone number which he did. He gave it to me August 11, 2012. He had happened to be there the first time that I complained about on of his employees and he himself gave me his personal cell phone number and told me that I could call him anytime with any further complaints. And I did try having my services done by other employees and I was just not happy they did not provide the service I had asked for.

Final Business Response

I stand on my grounds with the original decision. The consumer is not entitled to a refund as once our services are rendered, there is no refund for any reason. According to our business policies, it states that " All Employees at Eyebrow Plus are professionally trained with similar training and for that reason there is no guarantee to the customers to get the same employee for their service" and "all our services are final".
