Eyebrowbaby

I booked a microblading workshop through Eyebrowbaby of Ballard WA for classes in October of 2019 and paid in full ($2,800.00). My husband, an active duty military member, was cut new orders last minute due to medical reasons and I was unable to attend. I contacted the instructor and informed her about this change in schedule and she said rescheduling for the December course would be no issue. It has been 5 months since and I have yet been given a day or time to receive the services I have paid for. Her website shows availability and scheduled classes for workshops for every month, yet she tells me she has no openings even after I have paid her in advance. When I questioned this, she states that she needs a minimum of two student to hold a class and that refunds will not be issued. Nowhere on her website nor in her terms and conditions does it state this classroom requirement. In fact, her website states some of the sessions are one-on-one. Liesl informs me of scheduling changes only after I reach out for updates. Her most recent email stated there may be a class 3 months from now, in May, and that I should be appreciative that she’s letting me take the course. Contrary to her website, she has classes throughout February, March and April. After seeking legal advice, it was noted that her business license with the state of Washington has been delinquent since the end of November 2019. At this point, I would just like my money back so that I can attend a course by someone who has intentions to teach it.
