Patient was contacted this afternoon by her physician Dr. [redacted] and the issue has been resolved. Ms. [redacted] now has a better understanding of the examination and subsequent billing of her visit. WE DO NOT AND NEVER WILL COMMIT INSURANCE FRAUD OR QUESTIONABLE BILLING PRACTICES TO BETTER OUR BOTTOM...
