Review: On 01/**/2015 I was scheduled to see the Optometrists for eye glasses prescription.As I arrived I checked in with my insurance card. When the Optometrists was done I was told to wait. As my turn arrived I tried and selected a pair of eyeglasses. The price is $490.00 I was told. Will my insurance cover that? I asked. She said actually the rice is $560. 00 your insurance covers $70. As I asked why so little? She asked for my social security which I gave her, thinking she was going to talk the insurance company. When she returned she ran my credit report and made a credit application without my authorisation and consent. You can pay for it and you have a year to pay for it. How do I for credit ignoring terms and rate. she showed me a rate of 26.99% she if you paid it before a year their will be no interest. Reluctantly, signed signed the slip and left. When I reached home, I called my insurance; they informed me that there is no way that I should pay so much money. they did that because the do not insurance. The most I should pay would be $85. If they asked you to pay so much, It is obvious that they do not accept your insurance. On 1/**/2015 I returned to Eyecare advantage to cancel the order I found a very disrespectful and nasty staff that informed me there is no refund. When I asked to talk a [redacted], she gave me the number of the appointment desk instead of someone higher to resolve this matter and order a refund. when realized that I was going nowhere I call the the customer service of the carecredit. I asked them to cancel the account, the representative spoke to The lady that was in charge and the representative told me they were going to call me to settle; if not I should wait for the bill to come and dispute it. Since then, there is no result with this matter. I have no eyeglasses and I'm being harassed by the carecredit company for their money. Will you please help me get a refund?
