Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me even though it was not completely accurateOn the first day she never mentioned the doctor and talking to him about what could be doneShe did however say that their company was not responsible for the matter because "they" already paid for them (with my money mind you)Thats why the complaint was originally filedThey did however end up replacing the contacts and making it right Thank you

Response to complaintOn 3/5/*** *** called checking on her sons boxes of contacts that were ordered on 2/19/stating she had not received themWe stated we would check on them and get back with her. The company had a tracking number that stated it had been delivered at the
address of *** *** on 2/23/at 12:pm When letting the mom know this she stated that she did not live there anymore and it should have been delivered at her PO Box in OssianWe informed her that the address on file was confirmed with whoever had brought *** in at his December visit and she informed me that they had moved in November. She states no one confirmed there address on any visit that they were in or when she ordered contactsI informed her that it was office policy that we do that at all visits and he had been in times since then. I informed her that day that Dr*** was out of the office that afternoon and I would have to talk to him to see what could be done. I also asked her if she had been to the previous resident to see if she could pick them up and she said no and she would never get them back if they were On 3/6/I spoke to the post office to see if she had a forwarding address on file and if that was still good as *** told me she had filed that in November and we were not sure how long those were good for. The post office worker ***) said yes there was a forwarding address and they had a substitute driver that day and they would see if they could retrieve the package for us. That day I called *** to keep her informed of what the Post office said and what they were trying to do. Told her I would get back with her when I heard something from the post office that week. She was ok with that and thanked me for that. At this time we discussed trying to get the package again and I asked her if this was a divorce issue and she said yes and that he had probably thrown the box away 3/8/I called the post office back to check up on the status and spoke the with supervisor *** He informed me of a couple of things. First the reason it was not forward onto new address is because they only had a forwarding address for ***, not any of the children. The supervisor stated they had been to the house times and no one was home. They were going to try one more time that day and if they retrieved the package they would drop it off at the office. I spoke to *** that day and informed her of the status and told her that if they did not find him home we would order replacement contacts free of charge and she could come here to pick them up. She seemed grateful of that 3/9/we did not receive anything from the post office so we ordered her replacement contacts free of charge to her 3/12/I received the notice from the Revdex.com that she had issues a complaint on us. Not sure why the complaint was issued when we had kept in contact with her on the entire situation. Her sons contacts did come into the office today and she was notified that she could pick those up. I also informed her that we had received a notice form the Revdex.com today and it would be nice if she updated them on the situation and she said she would when she got the contacts Please feel free to contact me with any questions Thanks *** ***

They did however end up replacing the contacts and making it right.
