Worst doctor visit in history at Sunland Park Eyecare Plus I took my son here for eye examDrReiter was the most screwed up doctor everFirst he started on me telling me are you here for exam? I told him no my son isHe then asked if I wore contacts and I went on to explain how wonderful my Doctor was and he told me that there was no way a doctor would give me a prescription for far in one eye and near in other, I said well he did and they work great that is when he told me I needed to have my driverâ s license taken away and I was stupid for going to a doctor who did thisThen after getting into the exam room he asked my son to tell him which one was better (this one or that one) not one or twoThen when my son responded the doctor got very nasty and rudeWe were ready to walk out right after he dilated my sonâ s eyes without telling himI was able to calm my son down enough to get him back in the office to finish the visit or so I thoughtBy the way my son is by this time he was calm and went back inWhat happened next floored usMy child was trying to understand what causes stigmatisms and explain to the doctor nether letter he was showing him was clear, the doctor then kept disrespecting him at this point my son lost it and got up told him he was the most disrespectful person he had ever met and walked out shook the girls up front hands and leftThe doctor came walking out screaming at his employees to get us out of there he did not want my kind of businessI had already paid for everything so I told the girls I would come get the glasses so my son did not have to deal with his ignorance and they told me to come in after the doctor leftFunny it was like they had this problem beforeI went back about minutes later and decided to get refund and suddenly the glasses are ready crazy thing they are not the right prescriptionI am now not sure what to do other than deny charges since I was not given prescription from him eitherPlease go to any other doctor but this oneTrust me, you will be sorry

I took my son here for eye exam. Dr. Reiter was the most screwed up doctor ever. First he started on me telling me are you here for exam? I told him no my son is. By the way my son is 17 by this time he was calm and went back in. What happened next floored us. I am now not sure what to do other than deny charges since I was not given prescription from him either. Please go to any other doctor but this one. Trust me, you will be sorry.
