This letter is intended to respond to a complaint issued on behalf of EyeCrave Lashes LLCThe complaint was filed by *** *** with complaint ID#***On 5/4/ received a text around 7am from *** *** stating her check did not clear her bank account and could she come in to be
serviced and leave her card information for me to charge her card the day following being servicedThis is business that is paid for its services at the time of service and I do not allow service on credit or pay later termsOnce I was contacted by her stating the funds were not available, I canceled the appt for later that evening*** *** repeatedly texts and called me asking me to allow her to the option to pay later and after several futile attempts she texted around 3:45pm stating that she would be able to come inAt that point, the appt has been canceled for several hours and that option was no longer available*** *** then contacted students who I recently trained to converse about me not allowing her the option to pay for her service a day after being servicedI informed my training student she Is more than welcome to service her if she chooses to do so, however I would no longer offer my services to herI have the right to refuse service to any client whose business doesn't support the ethics of my business and brand*** *** continued to harass me for weeks about the incident including calling and texting from several unknown numbers to get a response out of me*** *** is not due an apology or a refund because she didn't have the adequate funds to keep her apptThat is outside of my control and my business operationsI ask that *** *** finds another lash extensions tech in the area to be serviced by and to please stop harassing me by contacting me before I take matters to the local law enforcement
