I had purchased a year supply of contacts, I then change my mind and did only 6 months so I was to receive a $50 refund. I was told they would send refund. It was turned in November 9th. After not receiving the check I called and was told it was mailed out on December 2nd. Still hadn't received so I called back was told it was just being processed this was 2 weeks ago and I have still not gotten anything. I've called the store at least 6-7 times and told something different each time.
Consumer was refunded.
