*** *** was examined on June 30, On July 15, patient stated her near vision is blurry and will be back on July 22, to trouble shoot Patient did not come into the office On August 2, 2017, *** *** called stating the patient filed a complaint saying
someone from our office was supposed to call her back and give her a refund because she couldn't see out of the lenses A representative from EyeKrafters explained to the representative from *** *** that the patient did not return to our office on July 22, to troubleshoot and perhaps have the drrecheck her.Our office is still willing to perform a recheck to satisfy the patient

Review: I purchased a pair of Versace glasses that were expensive even after the insurance paid their part. After a while I noticed that the lenses looked as if they were scratched. I took them back twice and the man at the counter told me there was nothing he could do... didn't make any calls or look my info up. I went back a third time and talked to the man again and his attitude was not friendly and he was rude and wouldn't help me. The manager came over before there was an argument. She looked my info up FINALLY and she informed she couldn't do anything now that the warranty expired. I explained had the man looked me up the previous times I was there I may have been able to get them fixed under the warranty. She did call insurance to see if they would cover the repair. They would not. Also I found out during this time that I was not offered $20 scratch resistance for lenses at time of purchase. They did nothing for me but accuse me of scratching my expensive glasses lenses. After, I took the glasses to 3 other places to find out cost to have them repaired. 3 places told me that lenses are not scratched but rather the anti-glare coating on the glasses is defective to take them back to place of purchase so they can replace the lenses. I called manager again and informed her what I learned she said once again that I did something to the glasses and if I bring them back in 2 weeks they were moving, she will remove coating at a cost but it may ruin the lenses. I cannot afford to lose an expensive pair of glasses. The product put on the lenses is defective as per 3 other professionals. I don't feel I should have to come out of pocket to have the lenses replaced CORRECTLY... I CANNOT SEE OUT OF THEM BECAUSE OF THE TEARS/SCRATCHES IN THE COATING.Desired Settlement: I would like the old lenses replaced with new lenses with anti glare coating that is not defective at no cost to me being that I take very good care of my expensive glasses, I did NOTHING to them and the man would not help me during time of warranty... and because the customer service there was not professional by the older man behind the counter. I also would like them to put the anti scratch coating on the lenses of which I was not offered at time of purchase. I will pay the $20 for that if I have to. I cannot afford new lenses or new glasses, I cannot see without them. They were defective and should be replaced.
