EyeLux Optometry

I had an eye exam with DrChou O.Dat Eyelux on 09/12/ I have mono vision and wear corrective contact lenses I had made an appointment because my distance vision had gotten weak The exam concluded that my contacts were the correct prescription and that my vision problem was caused by a cataract I was advised to order another pair of the contacts that didn't work as a back-up I asked if I could talk to another Doctor in the office and was told I would have to pay for another eye exam ( I had already paid $241) I kept coming back to talk to DrChou, but was only able to try to communicate with him through the front desk and office manager This proved a waste of time In frustration, I asked for my money back and was told services were rendered and I was not due any refund Finally, I went to another Optometrist and paid for another exam The new Doctor changed my prescription and I am completely satisfied I am now able to again see street signs while driving and no longer have eye strain with my prescription computer glasses These glasses now work because both eyes are again focused at the same distance This is exactly what I went to Eyelux for in the first place I have no idea why they refused to even try to help me see better!
