Received sample EyeNoir and SkinNoir for total charge of $on 9-1-was charged again on 9-16-a total of $for the same products.Do not want to be over charge for the product.I will return this on open products.They refuse returns

This business engages in deceptive business practices on the Internet They offer trial sizes of their products for a nominal fee However, if a consumer orders the trial size, approximately two weeks later a recurring fee of over $appears on your credit card Nowhere did I see an option to oor opt-out of this recurring charge and I am careful to look over a site before ordering anything They must have hidden it extremely wellConsumer beware of this company!

I am complaining about the business practices of this companyI agreed to pay for the postage and handling and a small fee for a trail offer of these skin care productsI understood that I had to days to decide if I wanted to continue with the products or notI sent in my request with my credit card information to pay for the trail period of their products on July 2nd, I did receive the products in the mail in a timely mannerThen on my credit card statement I was billed $for the EyeNoir on July 4th, 2016, and for the Skin Repair I was charged $I did not authorize these charges, only the trail and postage and handlingI tried to call them and write them via emailThe email was never answered after several attempts to reach out to them for clarification and to request a refund back to my Visa credit cardI called the no.'s listed on the bottles of their products and I was told by a recording that the circuits are busy please try back laterIt did not mat

I have been charged for their product since July of that I have not used or wanted I offered them the products to be returned in tact (un opened unused) and they refused them or refused the refundI am the cardholder and did not authorize the chargesI just want the money credited back to my accountI didn't want to have to go through any of this but they are leaving me no other choiceI cant afford $

Eyenoir and skinnoir advertised on the internet for a free sample of each for the price of postage to try the productsI then ordered one of each and was charged on August six and five dollars for eachI received the products in a box with no information about the products or how to reorder, etcI tried the creams not impressed with them deciding not to worry about reordered as I did not like themHowever on September I received my Visa bill that showed both the charges plus a second charge on September and for $and $I was not aware of the prices of these creams or I would not have ordered them in the first placeI then called the companyThey explained to me that I was given days from the date they shipped it to use the cream and then cancel if I did not want itThis information was not provided on the productThey also told me they then shipped me another set and charged me on September and I have not received this yetThey told me no I could n

Skinnoir scammed me out of money and refuses to provide me with contact information for any counsel, management, or physical address for this xompanyI placed an order for a trial and cancelledThe same day that I cancelled this company charged me $which was not authorizedI contacted a rep via the only means of contact through a toll free numberSeveral reps were irate and states that I wouldn't be refundedI continuously tried to speak to a supervisor and was repeatedly yelled at and told that none was availableI was fin ally put on hold for mins to speak to a supervisorShe was rude and also stated that I wouldn't be reimbursedDo not buy from this company

This company advertises that you can receive a "free" sample of their product if you pay for shipping and handlingAfter you do this, and provide your credit card information for the payment of the shipping and handling, they start billing you for their product despite requesting them to do so
When you try to reach them at the numbers provided by my bank for contacting this vendor to dispute the charges, they do not answer the phoneYour calls go automatically to an answering service where you can leave a message....but it will not do any good as nobody will ever call you back
You end up getting charged $91.90/$for items that you did not authorize, request, or wantThey do not provide any paperwork with the product so that you can return it or contact them to complainAlso, they put the charges on your credit card as "recurring" (assuming you will want it sent every month)In addition, they do NOT provide any wording whatsoever on their website stating that you will

I purchased the SKINNOIR on line for the shipping chg. I was billed for 2 products, and then I was billed for full product within a month. There was no disclosure that stated that if I did not cancel my product I would be billed. I called directly to customer to resolve issue and was disconnected first time and spoke to manager 2nd try to no avail; They lied and said that I informed of the cancellation policy and would be billed accordingly, this is absolutely false.
