On 1/20/2016, *** came in to our clinic for an eye exam and newglasses*** said she wanted a thin lens and transitions on herglassesWe did make her lenses with a polycarbonate material which isthin and light along with the transitionsI did recommend anti-glareas it does block glare and
reflections from the front and back surfaceof the lenses, it improves vision and reduces eye strainI wear themmyselfI did do further research after reading Ms*** complaintand I called all of the major labs in the Seattle area along withseveral doctors officesalso did a google search for anti-glarewith prism and found nothing in regards to anti-glare with prism beinga negative thingShe asked us to strip the A/R off and we did at nochargeWe have been very accomodating and helpful to herWe werevery surprised at her reactionWe do always strive to please andserve.We did refund her credit card on 2-18-the full amount she paidthat day of $We will gladly put her prescription in the mailand will be watching for the return of her glasses.Sincerely,Cindi B***, LDO, Mgr.DrEdward LJ***, OD/Owner

We were truly surprized the card had not been credited, we were given a confirmation number and thought it was taken care of.  Dr. J[redacted] did go immediately to his bank and had a cashier's check mailed to her on
03/16/2016 with a signature request so we will know she received the money.
 
We do apologize things didn't work out for Ms. [redacted] and we wish her the best of luck in getting some new glasses.
