1) They negligently left my neighbor's contract in my dwelling, offering to pay for their deductible if the dryout was completed through themAfter me reaching out, with images of the neighbors contract, they claim they will not pay my deductiblie unless I use their sister company for repairs 2) They left my front door wide open all night, and had I not stopped by to check on my property in the morning, it would have stayed open until their employees arrived that dayMy dwelling was full of my personal items 3) They stored my indoor wood furniture outside during the dryout at 100+ degree temps (pictures to prove neglect)

One of the most professional businesses I've had the pleasure of working with. I appreciated their organization and helpfulness. When I hire a company I am always afraid of being taken advantage of, or them trying to cut corners. My experience was far from that. Each employee I interacted with was extremely helpful and organized. The work was very neat. Something Id like to share is when I watched one of the workers (Jeff I think his name was) rinse some veggies I had in a strainer in the sink after some drywall dust got in them. He didn't know I was watching and I thought that was awesome, as have dealt with some of the shadiest of companies when dealing with these types of things! If only all businesses were like this.

Today May 31st Riley, service tech, came to check for water damage due to a waterHe was on time, very knowledgeable, and honestI would certainly recommend this company for all your water damage needs
Not so often today that you find companies that are easy to deal with and have friendly, honest and knowledgeable workmen

Complete Scam Artists!!!! Our hot water tank leaked and the plumber recommended Drylux to repair the supposedly "water damage" it had caused He called Drylux and they were here within minutes ripping out baseboards and telling me there was $to $water damage They said to get in touch with my insurance company right away to get a claim number When I called my insurance company, they said that quote was extremely high (the plumber was probably getting a kickback) and that they had a company they used and would send them right out When I told the Drylux crew that, they proceeded to lecture me about how great they were and that they would waive my $deductible They finally left after I talked to their manager on the phone When the company my insurance called came, their digital moisture meter could not detect any moisture in the walls or any of the baseboards that had been ripped out

Thank you for taking my complaint On 3/7/15, our water heater split open sending water into our home & garage DRYLUX was contracted to repair the water damage inside our home and garage They inspected areas thought to have been damaged, brought in large fans and those fans blew air into our kitchen/dining room baseboards They also utilized fans in the garage They drilled small holes into the baseboards, inserted hoses & blew the air into the interior of our walls for approxdays After this procedure, they declared our walls, baseboards, dining room & garage completely dry They replaced baseboards and right after they removed the fans & were done, we immediately smelled a moldy odor coming from a lower kitchen cupboard The company representative assured us that all was dry and the odor would disappear Instead of disappearing the odor became more and more intense as the months went by We contacted them again, they came out to check for a moldy odor

This company practices fraud by inflating costs in order to get large payouts from insurance companies I had the company come out and they said there was tons of water damage from a leak in the bathroom from a property I manage They claimed to have the "latest" technology that can see behind walls and said they would "walk me through" everything I "needed to say" to the insurance company and they would handle everything else I was weary about this as anytime someone is "walking you through" a conversation with insurance companies something may be off I followed my gut and had another contractor come out and there was NO water damage, he showed me from the top floor to the bathroom below that there was literally a couple of drops of water and he wiped it out WITH A TOWEL Surprise surprise This company is a nightmare, run run run!

These guys were great to work with from start to finishThey turned a nightmare, stressful situation from a flood around and helped me throughoutHighly recommended!

I believe my family was exploited by *** ***g, Drylux Restoration, and *** Abatement Services in the attempt to get large payout from my home owner’s insurance company, *** ***, to cover damages that did not exist and repairs that were inflated at best
On August 16, *** ***g fixed a leak under my kitchen sinkThe plumber suggested the area may need to be professionally dried and sent our Drylux Restoration to do a free assessmentThat afternoon Drylux worker, Ryker B***, came to my home and told me that the area would need to be dried and that we were at risk of being exposed to asbestos, lead, and moldHe assured me that my home owner’s insurance company, *** ***, would cover all of the costs of the repair as long as we got started immediately to prevent mold from growingHe informed us that if *** *** were to find mold, they would not cover the claimIt is my understanding that B*** illegally acted as an adjuster advising me on the claim process when he is not licensed by ADOI to offer such advice or speak on my behalfSee ARS § 20-
Concerned about exposing our three young children to poison and reassured that the repairs would be covered by our home owners insurance, we agreed to let Drylux begin repairs
I asked B*** if we (my husband and I) should call *** *** and wait until the claim was approved to begin workHe advised me not to call *** *** myself to initiate the claimHe insisted that he works with them all of the time and knows the most "effective" way to explain the situationHe again reiterated that it is standard procedure to begin work prior to the claim approval because water damage gets worse by the hour and we wouldn’t want mold to grow
Drylux sent two separate workers from *** to my home that evening to run diagnostic tests on the damaged area
On August 18, *** informed me that the test results came back from the lab and were negative for mold and lead, but positive for asbestos We were surprised that the repairs of what seemed to be minor water damage were so extensive, but *** assured us that the process was necessary and that *** ***, would cover all of the charges associated with the repairs including: water abatement, electric bill for running two large fans for five days, groceries and restaurant costs accrued while the kitchen was out of commission, and, most importantly, the replacement of cabinets and countertops

However, *** maintained that they had conducted diagnostic tests on the area and there was definitively no moldThe owner, Tyler C***, supposedly called the adjuster to explain that he had been mistaken and I disputed the claim denialThe denial was not reversed due to obvious mold presence
*** *** left my kitchen completely demolished with no sink, no counters, and no drywallThe wall was removed so that it showed through to my hallway bathroomAfter a month of living with an unworkable kitchen I sent a letter to *** asking them to cover the costs of rebuilding the kitchenOn September 19, owner, Tyler C***, came to my home to negotiateHe informed us that he had always known there was mold on the area and he wasn’t sure who had told me otherwiseI have several documented communication showing the exact opposite
This is particularly upsetting because they did not conduct a clean airborne test to confirm all the mold was gone (because they maintained that there wasn't any) and left the infected area completely exposed for my two toddlers to explore
*** *** provided me with information with which to file my claim in the attempt to cover up the mold infected area and deceive the *** *** adjusterAgain, it is my firm belief that *** *** along with Drylux and *** ***g collaborated to exploit my family in the attempt to commit fraud against *** *** to cover damages that do not exist and repairs that are inflated at best

1) They negligently left my neighbor's contract in my dwelling, offering to pay for their deductible if the dryout was completed through themAfter me reaching out, with images of the neighbors contract, they claim they will not pay my deductiblie unless I use their sister company for repairs
2) They left my front door wide open all night, and had I not stopped by to check on my property in the morning, it would have stayed open until their employees arrived that dayMy dwelling was full of my personal items
3) They stored my indoor wood furniture outside during the dryout at 100+ degree temps (pictures to prove neglect)
