To Whom It May Concern: The customer complained about checking out twice on our website accidentally, and was charged twice. Once we were able to locate the charge, we weren't able to immediately refund it because the customer opened up a paypal claim, so the funds were on hold.
When funds are on hold in PayPal, we are unable to refund immediately until the claim is resolved. This claim has since been closed, and was decided in the buyers favor, and they have been fully refunded the $amount that was charged twice on their card

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***I had disputed the charge with my credit card company that I used to make the purchase, Citibank, and they have issued a conditional refund to me for the second charge in the double charge, but I will have to continue to follow up and make sure I'm not charged for thisAgain, this charge is not permanent and so this issue has NOT been resolved to my knowledge. Citibank has not communicated anything to say that they have ruled in my favor
