Review: On ** Dec 2013 I order a pair of designer frames (on sale for $244.95, $85 less than their regular discount price) to replace a broken pair. (My total was $234.95 due to applying their $10 new customer discount). Order went through then received a call a few days later that the color (military) was no longer available in spite of what was advertised as “in stock”. The rep then checked for another acceptable color (COCO) and I was told in stock no problem, they will substitute. Great I thought. Until I got another email a few days later that said the order was cancelled. I emailed and a rep said that the alternate color was also out of stock so order was cancelled. I asked via email what was in stock and was told the black frames. I asked if they would honor the original sale price on my order. I made several attempt to get a response via email and by calling their customer service. A few days, their website continued to post “in stock” for all the colors (except military) so I contacted their on-line customer service to inquire on availability. I was advised in a chat session that all colors were available. Due to their failure to response regartding the original sales prices I must assume that they either did not want to honor the advertised price or that they are grossly incompetent.
