I tried to call and got a very rude Customer Service RepI was told that my order was placed over a year ago and they could not refund the $layaway order or the Shipping costs of $She said it was there policy and I looked on their website and there is nothing stated about they couldn't refund my shipping order or transferring the layaway order to a different modelThere are many models where the item is discontinued but they have the option where you can place on layaway for $and await possible productionWhy are they allowed to pay $when the item is discontinued and they will just take your money because it has been over months months? Again does not state this on the websiteShe said she couldn't help meI asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the only one thereI said you can't just take people's money and not let them purchase something in lieu if the product you want is unavailableI was then hung up onPOOR CUSTOMER SERVICEDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!
