The customer was at breach of contractShe would not let me come back out to the house and finish the jobThe drywall that was started was completed except for some parts that were still wet, that I could not sand downI was going to come back and finish but she wouldn't let meShe had changed her mind about the second part of the job after signing the contract alsoI was always in contact with her, even after I received the checkI had spoke with her husband on the phone twice and was in contact with her on messenger/text about what she wanted to do with the bathroomShe couldn't make her mind up about the bathroom from what she had already agreed to and signed for on the contractThen tried to talk down on the price, drywall job was $and the bathroom job was $She gave me a down payment of $When I started the job Wednesday night I tore pieces of drywall out, had to fix 2x4's, patch a hole in the wall, replace missing drywall then had to mud and sand it downI spoke with her husband that night in person but she walked away from meI told him I would be back the next day to finish sanding it down and he agreedWe even talked about her not being able to make up her mind about tile or surround in the bathtub, he said he would let me knowThe next night I came out to sand, when I got there part of the mud on the walls was still wet and I could see my finger marks where I was checking itThat night I had medical issues so had to leave, the next morning my fiancé contacted them and let them know what happenedCommunication was kept with them and was told that he would come finish the job because he had until WednesdayTheir response was leaving a negative/slander message on his work page, and threated to contact a lawyer before contacting about status of jobI had spoke with her a few times after that so saying there was no communication is not trueTherefore she is breach of contract because she refuses to let me finish the job
