The fax sent to you by Eynon Surgery Center showed an invoice for the Center itself and not the invoice for the anesthesia from Christine Rutkowski, in the amount of $The "bill from anesthesia" was the one they claimed to be waiting for in order to refund my balanceA copy of that invoice was not given to you or me
Regardless, I have received a check for the balance owed to me of $155. As long as the check clears, and I do not receive a bill from them for anesthesia, I consider this claim closed.Regards, *** *** ***
