For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.As a patient, I have never experienced a practitioner or their medical staff behave and treat patients in such a mannerI have had multiple appointments with DrEyrich during the last few months where I have consistently kept them and arrived on timeI have been proactive in my treatment and have even referred multiple other people to him, including my fatherUnfortunately, the longer I have been a patient of DrEyrich, the worse he and his staff member have gotten about badgering both my father and I to schedule appointments and spend extra money, even after we express that we can not do certain things for financial reasonsAnytime I or any of my other family members have needed to say no to tests or certain treatments due to financial reasons, all other doctors have been more than understandingThe person/family does not have several hundred or thousands of dollars to spend on unplanned and unnecessary treatmentsWhen I schedule an appointment, I reach out to the doctor's office, not vice versaAs many others can relate, this is typical protocol for setting up a doctors appointmentHowever, DrEyrich practices very differenty by not only having his secretary call and text patients multiple times each week, but also calls himselfDuring my last appointment with DrEyrich, I was highly pressured by both he and his staff member to spend $200+ on testing and supplementsI expressed my need to wait and hold off due to financial reasonsI was immediately given several dates and times for a follow up appointment where I responded that I would call when ready to schedule another oneDuring the following two weeks, I received more than text messages from Kate, DrEyrich's office staff member, and DrEyrich himself(I attached documentation of all exchanged contact in my previous response.) I received minute calls from DrEyrich during my work day stating that they needed to get another appointment scheduled for me ASAP and how great their treatments areI insisted again that I would call and reach out when ready to do soI confirmed the appointment which I made on behalf of my father for February 17th and even explained that I would be paying $200+ for his appointment, and therefore needed to wait for my personal careThe day before my father's appointment on February 16th, I received a confirmation text for two appointments, one for my father and one for myselfI immediately called and addressed the mis-scheduling of an appointment for myself and explained that I never asked or approved itThe appointment for me was cancelled due to their misunderstanding, and we kept and completed the one for my father like we plannedAt his appointment, we were asked to schedule follow ups for both he and IWe decided and communicated that we would call when ready to schedule another oneAfter my father's appointment, I received more contact from DrEyrich's staff member badgering me to schedule and appointment with the following statements: "Can we schedule your appt for the 25th at 11:15am? It's only thing I have left on that day besides 7:30am""I really need to get you rescheduled by Saturday""We let you cancel your appt on Friday with the understanding that you were going to reschedule on SaturdayThat's what I thought you said""Can you come in this Saturday?"After? receiving? these messages, my father and I decided that the offices? constant? badgering of? patients? was very? inappropriate? and decided to no longer be patients of DrEyrichThe office never expressed a problem with? canceling? the appointment? that? they had mistakenly made on my behalf for February 17thIn the text messages which I? received? from the office number, (317) 374- 7398, they acknowledge that the? appointment? was in fact cancelled and precede to? threaten potential problems if I did not immediately schedule another appointmentIn the messages, the office representative also acknowledges doubt of not knowing what I really said in regards to scheduling another appointmentIn response, I sent a message acknowledged their unprofessionalism and our wishes to no longer be patientsIt was not until after we communicated our displeasure that the office mailed me an $bill for not canceling my appointment within a hour periodThis bill is not only for an appointment which I never approved or requested, but was only sent out of spite after my request to end our care through their officeThere is no documentation of any communication from me to the office requesting an appointment for February 17th, however there is plenty of documentation from them acknowledging that they did cancel the appointment which they mistakenly made and further demands of me as a patient to participate in care I did not seek out or approve? I have submitted a formal complaint against Eyrich Natural Healing on this matter because their unprofessionalism is documented and apparentDue to this, I ask that the bill be droppedThe bill is for canceling a late appointment which I never approved or set up with the office and am therefore not paying itI would like to make others and the Revdex.com aware of this distasteful business practice so it does not happen to another patientAs a medical professional myself and someone who works with partitioners on a daily basis, I have never experienced such inappropriate badgering and threatsInsinuating any type of threat to a patient into scheduling another appointment is very unprofessional and should not be tolerated.? This situation is a very simple matter I, DrThomas Eyrich owner of Eyrich Natural Health and Healing, Incscheduled [redacted] for a hour procedure for Friday, February 17, [redacted] then cancelled the appointment on Thursday, February 16, within my late cancel policy limits All patients sign a verification of my late cancel policy so they are aware of it My office is not trying to bother [redacted] , but trying to get her to rescheduled and then the late cancel would be waived This is a courtesy of my office, she owes for the late cancel The late cancel fee is $ Just like hotels, airlines, and other doctors offices, I must protect my business from patients that do not give us enough time to fill their spot I keep meticulous records about these situations, and have documented the time and day that [redacted] late cancelled her hour visit She owes for the late cancel If there are any more questions, I would be happy to respond DrThomas Eyrich
