Review: I purchased a Dodge charger 08' VIN#[redacted] on July 1st 2014. I gave them 2,000 down payment for the car. I was told I was responsible for my own tags, title fee Which was 6% of the purchase which came up to $874 plus Maryland inspection certificate. It took me some time to get that money and maintain my bills, so they gave me another set of 30 day tags August 1st. Finally when I come to the dealership on September 26th 2014 approximately 11:00am and spoke with Mike who sold me the car. I gave him a blank check made out to MVA and the Maryland certificate. He was angry yelling at his co workers in a foreign language, he then handed my documents to another man and said I don't know what to do with this. So I say who handles getting my tags.. He still was upset talking in his language walked out and slammed the door. I say what is going on here? He tells me to sue the owner because another company is buying them out MK sales. I immediately called the police and was told by officers something shady is going on, I need to go to small claims court. Then another guy comes out and said call this man he's the owner/president Amjad Khanzada. I immediately called him and was told not to notify DMV he will find the title. They had a little more than 90 days to get a title and register the vehicle nothing was done. Why sell me a car and you have NO TITLE! He tells me on the phone September 29th he will give me money if he cannot provide a title. I'm calling and calling and calling.. No answer sends me to voicemail, I left numerous messages and nothing. Mike the salesman calls me and says his friend has tags for sell for $300. I said you are out of your mind..then he lowered it to $250 I told him never will I pay that much for temporary tags, then told me never to tell the bank credit acceptance that he tried to sell me tags. I spoke with a Joe Nelson who wanted to provide me 30 day tags for $75. I did not purchase it if there's no title. I should not have to pay that every month for temporary tags. They tried to come pick up the car on October 3rd 2014 at 11:30am I have the car in my friends garage because the tags are expired and I'm afraid of it getting towed then I'm responsible for everything. I don't know what to do, I can't afford a lawyer all I want is my down payment back so I can get a vehicle for me and my 4 kids. I have arthritis in both knees and it's painful walking them to school everyday. I'm losing money because I have no way to get around doing my clients hair/make up. From day one this dealership has been telling me lies, lies, lies. I'm just a customer trying to buy a car and now it turned into a nightmare. I constantly was calling the bank who financed my car [redacted] and they kept telling me the dealer has to take care of this ma'am! I'm going crazy don't know what to do..Can you or someone please help me. Thank you..God blessDesired Settlement: $2,000

Review: the car was test drove on 7/31/2014 and upon finishing the test drive there was several major issues with the car that needed to be fixed that we addressed with the dealer and I stated to the dealer that the only way I would buy this vehicle would be if they agreed to fix the issues. the dealer has agreed to fix them but has been stringing me along for the past 2 weeks regarding them ordering the parts. The manager then became rude and disrespectful and I am not very pleased with the way they handle their businessDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for the services I had done to the car as well as my old car back

Review: They have a car on [redacted] stating the price of the vehicle was 6999.I called the number spoke to a [redacted] and confirmed that the vehicle was 6999 and how would I have to put down on the vehicle cause I would be financing the rest. He said 1500 when I arrive at his location I check the vehicle out I took it for a test drive when I sit down to do paper work he says I have to put down 1900 instead of the 1500 he told me over the phone... I signed the paper work And I asked about how to I get my tags the finance man said get the car inspected in ** send him the slip that it pass he will do the rest.. 1 or 2 weeks later I receive a phone call from [redacted] saying to send him a blank check the my title is there.. I start questioning him about why do I need a blank check I paid for those fees .. He told me I didn't after looking at the break down in the bill of sale he did not put those fees and and the amour of the car was changed to 10,747.01 when I asked about it they keep telling me that's with interest ... I talked to the finance company and they told be he sold me the car at 10,747.01.. I kept calling this dealer to explain but the would not speak to me.. I spoke to the finance company they said the dealer ship told them because I financed it that's why they changed the price no where on their website or in the [redacted] ad does it say cash priceDesired Settlement: I would like them refund me the difference 3748$

Review: I saw an advertisement on the internet for a vehicle priced at $5500, but the vehicle was sold to me for $6300. I was not told at any time during the process that the price of the vehicle was $6300 and there was nothing on the printed out brochure saying that the price of the vehicle was a "cash" deal or that the vehicle was any other price. I did sign the contract thinking that the vehicle taxes were included in the price. It wasn't until I got home and did my math to discover that the actual price of the vehicle was $6300. The purchase was on a Saturday, I contacted the business on Monday and requested to speak to the "finance man". I was told that he was really busy and DID NOT want to talk to me. I asked the person that sold me the vehicle questions about returning the vehicle and he could not answer any of my questions saying that he didn't know and that I would have to speak to his boss(the owner) or the "finance man". I then called several times after that asking to speak to the owner, but I was always told that he wasn't there and we would maybe be in later or the next day. I received a call on the day that the owner was there, but by the time I made the trip to the business he was gone. Also, after having the vehicle looked at by a mechanic I was told that there were repairs that needed to be made that were not disclosed during the sale of the vehicle. The vehicle was sold "as is" but there was nothing saying what was wrong with the vehicle. So, here it is a week later I still have not talked to the owner or the finance man to get this resolved.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a refund of my cash down payment of the vehicle. If not, then I would like to keep the vehicle but sold to me for the listed $5500.

Review: I went to this dealership to purchase an vehicle which was an 2002 Chevy Impala with 150000 miles on it. The selling cash price for this car was $3,600. My agreement with this car dealership EZ Auto was that I can give them 1500 the first week I brought the car and pay it off within 2 months . Instead of what we agreed on at first they took a loan out on this vehicle and told the bank that this vehicle cash price was $7995.00. the blue book value on this vehicle isn't even $2500.00. When I found out that they took a loan out on this vehicle in my name I went to the Dealership and asked to speak with the finance manager or the owner. The sales persons got upset and threatened to call the police on me if I didn't get off their property. I have yet to speak with anyone from EZ Auto regarding this matter. Everytime I would call they give me the run around or I never speak with anyone at all.Desired Settlement: I would like my down payment back or the title of the car.

Review: I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle on 3/20/14 I received the vehicle with a failed VA state inspection I took the vehicle to my state emissions on 3/21/14 it failed so I then took the vehicle to a professional mechanic shop on 3/22/14 it was then I was informed of a long list of problems with the vehicle such as 3 mis firing cylinders a collapsed & leaking engine & transmission mounts cracks & leaks in the rear differential seals & pinions & the list just goes on. I informed the dealership of the failed emissions on 3/21/14 & about the long list of major mechanical repairs on 3/22/14 I was told that they would take care of it & that I would hear from the owner but I haven't heard from the owner or from anyone who could help resolve the issue. My contract clearly stated that if the deal is cancelled then I should return the vehicle & receive a full refund, the deal was cancelled on 3/27/14 I returned the vehicle on 3/27/14 & requested my refund of $2,650 it was then I was rudely & racially told by the salesman by the name of [redacted] aka [redacted] that they are not going to refund my money. It is now 3/29/14 & there has been no resolution or attempt on their behalf to settle the fact that they've tried to sell me a lemon & that I have been frauded. I've tried numerous times to contact them on this issue but keep getting either no response or told that someone in a managerial position or the owner would contact me but neither has happened.Desired Settlement: I believe that as a business establishment the business should always strive to be polite, courteous, professional,& handle all concerns when it comes to the personal integrity of themselves & be conscientiously to handle problems of their consumers when they receive defected merchandise from the business. I would just like my refund of $2,650 as stated in the contract that we've signed so I could take my business elsewhere more reputable to the public.

Review: The car dealership sold me a car with a bad engine.Desired Settlement: Repair the damager

Review: On June 28m 2013, I purchased a 2002 Mercedes S500 from your dealership. You all were able to get me financed through “[redacted] Financial Services”. With first payment being due August 1, 2013 of $275.00. However due to my first payment being late the finance company canceled the contract on October 4, 2013.

When I came there to handle this situation I spoke with one of the finance managers whom I was told was the also one of the owners of the dealership. He stated that, he could not get me financed with another finance company and my only option was to return the car.

In returning the car, I was entitled to my down payment of $2500.00 that I did not receive because the finance manager said I had the car for 3 months.

From my understanding the car was under a contract with “[redacted] Financial Services” From June 28, 2013 to October 4, 2013. I paid [redacted] 2 payments of $275.00. With those payments I called [redacted] and made arrangements. They accepted my payments on August 14, 2013 and October 4, 2013. I learned on October 7, 2013 that the finance company had then canceled the deal.

I set down with the finance manager and requested that I be refunded my $2500.00 down payment and he declined. I showed him proof that I had made payments to [redacted] and I had no understanding of why the dealership kept saying I had never made a payment.

[redacted] Financial stated that all payments I made to them would be sent to the dealership and I do not want that money. I would like my down payment of $2500.00.

Due to this situation I am without a vehicle and had to quit one of my jobs due to transportation issues.

The Finance manager told me that I could not get ANY of my money back because I had the car for 3 months. But when I had the car the car was under contract with the finance company and I had paid them, so it wasn't like I was driving a free car.Desired Settlement: I would like my down payment back.

Review: I went there to look at a car, put $400 to hold it. The following weekend I decided not to get the car because it had over 200,000 miles on it and asked for my $400 back. They would not give it to me, saying I had to wait for the owner to come back. I've had called several times and the owner is never there, saying he's on vacation and to call back. The last time I called they told me not to call back and hung up the phone. I really need my money back. It's not fair to just take someones money for no reason. There are not signs saying no refund if you change your mind. The salesman, [redacted], that I was speaking with is no longer there. That's what they are telling me. I just looked on their website to see if the car was still there and they have sold it. It's a 2004 [redacted] convertible, silver.Desired Settlement: I just want my $400 back. That's it.

Response:

02/25/2014With regarding to the reference number [redacted], [redacted]When **. [redacted] made a deposit on the 2004 [redacted],we removed it from our sales as we do all units we take deposits. We informed **. [redacted] of this and also informed him we do not refund deposits because of this because it can cost us a sale on the vehicle when we take it out of circulation.**. [redacted] drove the car and as he is a mechanic, he thoroughly looked over the car before making a deposit. Our sales manager informed him of our procedures at the time he made a deposit and told him to think about it over night but he said he was sure he wanted the vehicle as this would be the second vehicle he would be purchasing from us,.Approximately a week later, he called the dealership to inform us he found another car. We informed him that while we were happy for him, we would not be refunding his deposit as he was informed of this and he agreed to this when he made the deposit. We have not heard back from him until we received the letter from you. I hope this explains and resolves the complaint to your satisfaction.

I am rejecting this response because:Easy Auto never told me that they had a no refund policy. Nor is it posted in their business. They are lying about eveything. And the car has been sold very quickly. It's unfair to hold my money. I and my girlfriend called several times and was told not to call back, that's when I got intouch with you. They have not lost any money, I have. When I came there with the an additional $1100,which would have made it $1500 deposit they said I needed more money and that's when I changed my mind. Again they never told me there was no refund, they told me I had to wait for the owner, [redacted], to come back from vacation to receive my money. When I called to speak with [redacted],the salesman, they said he no longer works there and to never call there again.

Regards,

Review: 1) EZ Auto advertised the vehicle price as $2,999, but charged me $3,999 instead plus financing

2) The [redacted] was purchased on March 23, 2014 and sat on the lot until March26, 2014. It not serviced, the gas tank was on empty, nor repaired prior to purchase as promised by Mike because he had to keep jump starting the car's battery. Mike instructed me to inform [redacted] that I had the vehicle in my possession, I refused. I had [redacted] tow the vehicle to my home due to inclement weather when dealer failed to deliver it. The vehicle sat in my driveway for two days. Then it became non-operational on March 28th when I went to the grocery store and gas station. Upon discovery the clutch was over 10 years old, and there were other mixed matched parts on the vehicle per [redacted]. Additionally, I tried to return the vehicle within the 30 days on March 28th and April 21st. Both times the dealer refused to let [redacted] Roadside Assistance to leave the vehicle. The dealer informed [redacted] Tow Driver the [redacted] County Fire Marshal shut his garage down and he is operating his business without mechanics and can not fix the vehicle. Furthermore, I am unable to drive the vehicle because it was found to violate Virginia Safety laws, and deemed a roadway hazard. The cost of repairs are $4,895 estimated and I owe $3,850 to pay off the vehicle. The dealer is refusing to settle per my attorney.Desired Settlement: I would like:

1) Refunding her the full financed total sale price of $7,781.20, plus $1,872 for damages; OR

2) Reimbursing her for the repairs to the vehicle $4,895, plus $1,000 OR

3) Exchange vehicle as paid in full
