Sept18, To whom it concerns @ The Revdex.com, My name is [redacted] , I'm writting this letter in response to your letter I recived on Sept, in reference to my complaint against a store called E-Z bargain at [redacted] in [redacted] **Plaza The items I purchased was a Boxspring and mattress set that was Advertised AS NEW These Items were infected with bugs and Bed Bugs and their Eggs I informed he store of this in a letter in Writting after Several attempts to settle this issue I have inclosed a Copy of the letter to you As I sent to the store, EZ bargain I Request in full the cost of the infected Mattress and Boxspring, the cost of a licensed exterminator, Along with outer pocket expenses to fight off the Infestation of my home these Estimates totaled over $ As a consumer that was misled on Advertisement I Should be entitled to a refund of these items Not Store Credit I sent my request In writting to EZ bargain store in Early August, Now I'm sending a letter to you in response and a copy of the letter that I sent ot EZ bargain I have in my possession the contaminated items, along with Pictures of the infestation of the items I purchased Anything Shorter that the request sent to EZ bargain and that was mentioned to you in this letter At this point is Unacceptable, I will now move forward with court proceedings against EZ bargain I have all Documentations and receipts, Copies of every letter including this one to take to court along with pictures and videoI would like to Kindly thank you for your attention and trying to mediate this matter between myself ( the consumer) and the store EZ bargain

08/20/Attin: Revdex.com/ ID # [redacted] We don't manufacture mattresses', we purchase them from different companiesStore policy on returns is hours with original package and receiptThe customer came back over 2+ months, the manager asked her for store receipt but she didn't provide it, instead she start to use offensive words and screaming out loud for her money back and then she called the copsThe police asked her for the receipt but she did not provideManager show the refundpolicy to the police, the police explained to her the policy and advise her to contact Revdex.com if she wasn't satisfied, instead she printed out flyers putting them on the cars and around shopping center for other customers not to buy at EZ BargainDespite the fact that manager contact the main office and got the OK for an even exchange as a courtesy to our customers but she cursed out the manager and said that she needed her money back and she also needs her house to be cleanedWe never had any issues with any of our customers.In conclusion, we always satisfy our customer'sAs a courtesy to our customer we will exchange the mattress and the box spring but she have to bring back the mattress and box to the storeRegards, EZ Bargain
