The response from EZ Breathe is inaccurate and clouds the problem at hand The statement "Oh for sure" is totally falseI stated that when the outside temp is below degrees, I do not run the AC system but the circulation system in my Geo-thermal furnace systemThey did not tell you that with EZ Breathe running or not running, my dehumidifier still runs the same and must be emptied every other day! My statements about Everdry have no bearing on why the EZ Breathe system does not work nor function as advertised? It is also untrue that they, EZ Breathe reached out to me on Aug6thwith no responseIn closing, if the EZ Breathe system in on or off there is no change in the ambient tempor humidity in my basement and the dehumidifier stills runs and never quits until fullTherefore, in my humble opinion, this unit called EZ Breathe does not work as advertised nor will it work to many person satisfaction! Now comes EZ Breathe and again bogus statements made by this companyI my correspondence I made it very clear the unit does not work and attached documentation as suchThe dehumidifier still runs and must be emptied every other dayAgain, in their correspondence they sate bogus non truthful information set forth in their the latest commentsMy suggestion is as follows, 1)remove the exhaust fan, 2)repair the hole in the wall to prior configuration, 3)refund my entire purchase priceor 4) refund $of my purchase and walk awayAs the documentation presented in my last reply, it cements the fact, this EZ Breathe does not work and it is a very high priced exhaust fan that does not work! It appears, EZ Breathe states one thing to the Revdex.com and states a total different solution and summationsI have not changed my opinion and it is sad when a company hook-winks the general public of a function it can not performEZ Breathe's reaching out to me was simply reaching into my pocketIn addition, comment made concerning EverDry, where generated by EZ Breathe and have absolutely no bearing on this caseWhy this company would bring them into the picture is beyond my understanding when the brought up the subjectIt appears EZ Breathe is grasping for straws and trying to re-direct the onus of problems toward another company

To Whom it May Concern,Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this dispute We are actually working with this customer to help him resolve the current issues he has going on in is house WE have been workign with him, and will continue to do so, providing any assistance necessary to help identify the actual problems in his house

I am rejecting this response because: The representative from EZ Breath insists that it is the way I am using the EZ Breath and that it is working as designedShe admits as do I that it is difficult to determine weather the device really does what it says it does without a battery of expensive testsI advised Erica of EZ Breath that I ran the device as instructed and monitored it and kept tract of the humidity and observed the quality of air and noticed no difference in air quality in my home. I explained that I purchased a house dehumidifier and received the results I was looking for within daysI would like a refund minus their 15% restocking fee because I have discontinued use of the deviceI paid $for the device and $installationIn closing EZ Breath does not seem to want to say anything bad about their unit so I feel that they will not budge on my requestI give the unit a star ratingThank you in advance

Page 2 is Mr....

[redacted]'s receipt. You will see the restocking fee clearly stated across the bottom. This is the section that Mr. [redacted] Stated he didn't notice.
Page 3 is a copy of our "EZ Breathe Return Guidelines", outlined on our website. The Second paragraph States, "Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund your purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.

EZ Breathe continues to neglect what Deb M[redacted] said on the phone to close the sale. I specifically asked her about the refund policy and she used the "100% refund" line. Never mentioned restocking fees. EZ Breathe Mis-Sold their product and services.

The statement "Oh for sure" is totally false. I stated that when the outside temp is below 70 degrees, I do not run the AC system but the circulation system in my Geo-thermal furnace system. They did not tell you that with EZ Breathe running or not running, my dehumidifier still runs the same and must be emptied every other day! My statements about Everdry have no bearing on why the EZ Breathe system does not work nor function as advertised? It is also untrue that they, EZ Breathe reached out to me on Aug. 6th. with no response. In closing, if the EZ Breathe system in on or off there is no change in the ambient temp. or humidity in my basement and the dehumidifier stills runs and never quits until full. Therefore, in my humble opinion, this unit called EZ Breathe does not work as advertised nor will it work to many person satisfaction! Yes, it is a glorified, high priced mini-exhaust system. Mr. L. remarks and assumptions as all hearsay and it is only his opinion as it pertains to his business functions. If I was the only person unhappy with his equipment, that would be one thing but, there are many more complaints as such filed with the Revdex.com. I can handle assumptions but Mr. L. untruth statements toward my determinations is totally uncalled for. So, if I am unhappy and feel the unit does not work, what guarantee or warranty on the unit means absolutely nothing but words on a piece of paper. Copies of my correspondence have been submitted to the Revdex.com on my behalf and should be part of the complaint and my agreements to work with these people. So if EZ Breathe is going to defame my character and tell untruths, get you unit out of my home, fix the whole in the outside wall, and refund my $1500.00. That is my response. Lastly, when I spoke to Mr. L. he sugar coated our conversation but when I called back to his office, he was unavailable to me for conversation!

We were not aware of Mr. [redacted]'s desire to return the unit until he chose to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Up until that time, we had been working with Mr. [redacted], and even paid a technician to perform a service call. It was after this service call, when Mr. [redacted] was told that the unit was, in fact working, that he decided to contact the Revdex.com in order to receive a refund.
Although the unit is working, and it has been approximately 1 year that Mr. [redacted] has had our unit, we would be happy to receive his unit back in return. He can find our return guidelines clearly stated on our website.
If he has any questions, he is welcome to call our office.
