Sorry to hear that they are experiencing some trouble with this unit however I disagree with their 
complain and see some discrepancies in the report.
The vehicle was sold on Jan 14 2014 not as they state Feb 2 2014.
All customers  have the right to pre purchase inspection by mechanic of their  choice.
All vehicles are sold as is. Once they drive of the lot it's their legal property not mine. The 
buyers guide was presented and signed off by [redacted].
All customers  are offered contract cancelation option agreement. [redacted] declined and signed the 
appropriate form.
The vehicle was sold with  free (no charge to customer)  three months/3000 miles nationwide limited 
warranty by Buyer Shield. Contract can be verified by calling 866 964-5573. Contract number ABS1

I spoke to the customers at least twice and also left at least one text message on their cell 
phone. It is not truth that  I did not responded. I can provide phone record upon request.
I do not know why they are searching and using my home address, all business was done at business 
office in Ramona. Its simply invading my privacy.
The SUV was a very nice,clean,  accident  free unit backed up by free nationwide warranty. It was 
sold with 10200 miles. Used car need maintenance and repairs, even new cars brake down. [redacted] 
used the car for over three months than decided to complain about it.
I have no idea how did she get the 6000 repair estimate, it would be enough to replace the engine 
and transmission in this kind of car.
Once again we have sold the car following the letter of law and using all required documentation 
required by California DMV. (see attached copies of the contract)
I am not responsible  for any future financial involvement in repairing the described vehicle.
There is simply no free maintenance on used cars anywhere.

Review: I bought a vehicle Isuzu Ascender S Sport Utility for $6,000. I was told everything is in working order and that I will receive a warranty for at least 90 days. The following day the gages stopped working and now I have to have the vehicle maintenance that will cost me nearly $6000, and was told that there was no warranty on it and there never was. I am a disabled veteran and feel I was sold a lemon. I tried contacting him several times by phone and email and I have never received a response. I now do not have an operating vehicle and have no means of transportation to and from my doctors.
