exemplary services in the vital field of credit repairMy client has been in the business of providing credit repair services for over years which clearly indicates they are not a mere fly-by-night automated letter churning millConversely, EZ Choice Financial Corpis a company that works hands on, side-by-side with their clients successfully serving hundreds of individuals in repairing their credit in order to get them back on their feet financially.In sum, my client's credit repair services have been vital in helping individuals including but not limited to refinancing a mortgage to help save their home, and boost their credit to be able to purchase cars, and find proper housingMoreover, EZ Choice Financial Corpis a FICO Pro Certified Company that also educates their clients on how to not only repair their credit, but also continue to keep their credit score in favorable standingWithout question, EZ Choice Financial Corpis a company that continues to do their best to serve their community and preserve the impeccable reputation that it has worked so hard to achieve and even harder to maintain.Accordingly, it goes without saying that my client was quite disheartened and shocked to find that one of its former clients, Ms*** ***, had filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and has escalated the matter to the State of California Department of JusticeTo say the very least, my client vehemently denies the unsubstantiated and defamatory statements being levied by Ms*** which do not echo the actual facts of the matter hereIn sum, it appears that in a manner to avoid paying on a past due invoice, Ms*** has alleged factual claims that are simply not the case whatsoeverMs*** has gone as far as to write a scathing review mischaracterizing facts on Yelp which has adversely affected my client's business in a substantial mannerWe will attempt to address these specific allegations in order to better shed light on the matter wherein the facts clearly indicate EZ Choice Financial Corphas done nothing wrong here and has acted in a professional manner in line with its many five-star reviews on ***, ***, and ***.For instance, Ms*** has indicated that EZ Choice Financial Corphas failed to respond to email communications and advise her of the status of her caseAs the attached email communications clearly set forth, such a claim is erroneous at bestThere have been over email communications exchanged by and between EZ Choice Financial Corpand Ms*** which took place from the time she signed with the company on or about May 31, through November 14, Attached hereto for your reference and review please find the email communications by and between my client and Ms***EZ Choice Financial Corphas also kept his clients, including Ms***, properly informed of all updates regarding the credit repair work being conductedIt would appear that the only time that Ms*** made the accusations she makes here now was after EZ Choice Financial Corpdemanded the payment owed for their SCVCCS.Next, Ms*** claims that she was improperly “upsold” a more expensive package of servicesthat her circumstances did not warrantAgain, this was not the case since Ms***'s creditreport had over negative items that required to be addressedWith such a multitude of adverse credit issues, Ms***'s specific file would require a greater detail of work to be performedAlso, there was no representation regarding any 100% success rateBut, what myclient does provide is a money back guarantee if no positive change or improvement has beenmade to a client's credit within a full six-month periodThe term “changes” or “improvements'are identified in the Individual Agreement signed by Ms*** as the following: "Any negativeaccounts that are inaccurate, incomplete, and unverifiable such as: negative accounts, like forinstance: an account showing late payment history, charged off accounts, collectionaccounts, public records, repossessions, short sales and foreclosure's, that have been eithercorrected to a positive status, or deleted due to our company's work.” And, since there havebeen deletions of negative marks on Ms***'s credit report since EZ Choice Financial Corp.has been working on her case, the refund would not apply because my client has rendered aservice and improvements have been made.Moreover, Ms*** has complained that when she attempted to access her electronic copy of the contract, her specific information was blankPlease note, the contracts include very sensitive information such as social security numbersAccordingly, the electronic contracts are erased after the client has signed and sent it back for security reasonsNevertheless, Ms*** was provided the option to print the contractAlso, EZ Choice Financial Corpdoes have hardcopies of the contract and if Ms*** ever wanted another copy, all she would have to do was ask - which she did notAlso, Ms*** claims that EZ Choice Financial Corppays out referral feesThis is absolutely not the case as my client does not, and has not, sent referral feesSuch a claims is complete fabrication on the part of Ms***.Finally, Ms*** has ballyhooed that she had been requesting cancellation of services for months, and therefore she does not owe the outstanding balanceAgain, this could not be further from the truth as Ms*** never demanded cancellation of services until November 14, Please see the attached email communicationIf my client had received such a request, they would have addressed the matter with Ms*** in a prompt manner, but again, this was not the case hereNo such demand for cancellation was made until after she had already filed the complaint with the Revdex.com and lodged the complaint on ***.In closing, as the record clearly indicates here, there has been zero wrongdoing on the part of EZ Choice Financial CorpThe facts are clear that after my client began working on Ms***'s credit, multiple negative marks were deleted, thus improving her creditFurthermore, my client communicated with Ms*** in a prompt manner addressing her inquiries and at no point was she or her communications ignoredThe email communication chain provided herein documents this factFurther, the claims made by Ms*** have no merit and do nothing more than harass and wrongfully impugn the character and reputation of EZ Choice Financial CorpIn order to stop such baseless attacks, this office has sent Ms*** a cease and desist notice from further defaming EZ Choice Financial CorpAgain, my client is adamant in denying any of the erroneous claims set forth by Ms***.We trust that the California State Department of Justice, as well as the Revdex.com, will review the documentation and the facts presented herein and will also arrive at the rightful conclusion that EZ Choice Financial Corpis not liable or at fault for any of the claims being made in this matter and the issue will be closed without any further damage to the reputation and business of EZ Choice Financial CorpThank you for your follhere and if there is any further information that you may require, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to COntact me.Sincerely Yours,

Having Financial Hardship is never fun and is most definitely frustratingI know what it feels like to be financially challenged because I was my first clientI started my company to help consumers repair & minimize their outstanding balances that they owe other peopleI was my first client. After years of being in the Credit Industry, I am a credit expert and know that this process takes time and it is frustrating at timesThe truth of the matter is Ms ***, that you had a payment that was declined and when we called you to let you know that your payment was declined, you completely through a tantrum with my staff over the phone and by email and started with all of these erroneous & fraudulent Threats about our business practices and you even claimed that you tried to cancel? Your contract says that if you wish to cancel you are to mail in the form to our address or email the form to our address, which we have never receivedYour belief of being mistreated or charged differently is inaccurate. We have all the documentation and proof of everything we have done for you since we began your processYou even fraudulently lied to the bank/merchant & charged back the money you had paid us right before Christmas time and we were absolutely shocked. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Everything in my original statement is 100% true. They are using way too many words to try to over complicate and confuse a simple matter. They did NOT improve my credit and they did not respond to all my emails no matter how many emails they try to find and print. I have my own records and I have brought up many times how I was being ignored and how I did not want this overpriced package that wasn't getting me any results as well as the fluctuating amounts they kept billing me. They published my confidential emails online which shows how unprofessional and low they're willing to go.Any business that tries to intimidate a consumer that has paid them money says more than my complaints ever could. My complaint still stands as my credit was not improved and communication was stressful. Their bullish tantrums over my complaint only confirms everything I've said even more.
