Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:This is untrueI did pay everything back but $in which Lois wrote offI was in contact with them MULTIPLE times about the *** and when I went to show them that something was dragging, I told them there was a knock and she told me she did not hear it and that my warranty would only cover until the transmission or engine completely died outI never "quit" my job and my boyfriend never "moved out of state." I'm not sure where those comments came from as I was going through a divorce at the timeThe water pump was replaced by my father as well as the serpentine beltThe transmission and engine problem was NEVER addressed by EZ CreditI did mention it and bring it in multiple timesThe heat shield problem was well before I put the *** in the ditchAs far as "loaning personal money" I also have zero recollection of this.

[email protected] (days ago)to me This is concerning complaint ID #***.This matter has been resolved and *** has his vehicle back. Thank You,Michelle N***EZ Credit Auto Sales, LLC

This is in reference to complaint #[redacted].As stated in our previous response to this complaint: [redacted] purchased a 2008 [redacted] from us on July 26, 2016. At the time of the sale, we gave her a 90 day/4500 mile warranty which she signed (including the sheet which described exactly what the warranty coverage was). Which we attached these to the previous letter. As previously stated, never in any of these conversations from day of purchase until November 2016 was there any mention of transmission problems. Had there been complete failure of her engine or transmission during the warranty period, we would have gladly taken care of it just as our warranty States. We feel we went above and beyond for [redacted] with helping her with other issues involving her used vehicle that were not covered under the warranty. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.Michelle NOffice Manager

This is in reference to complaint #[redacted].[redacted] purchased a 2008 [redacted] from us on July 26, 2016. At the time of the sale, we gave her a 90 day/4500 mile warranty which she signed (including the sheet which described exactly what the warranty coverage was). I have attached these...

to this letter. She had come in shortly after purchase she had come in about something dragging which our lot attendant looked at and noticed that the heat shield was dragging so it was removed. This had not been dragging prior to us selling the vehicle to her and we sort of thought it got knocked when she put the [redacted] into a ditch. There was no mention of an engine knocking or transmission problems. Had there been, we would have immediately set up an appointment with our mechanic to have it looked at.We had not heard from her concerning any other problems with the vehicle until September 12, 2016 when she came in and expressed something was wrong with her emergency brake at which time we sent her to our mechanic who said it was the clips that was wrong and he fixed it for her at our discounted labor rate. She did not have the money at the time to pay the mechanic because she stated to us that she had quit her job because her boyfriend had moved and she was intending to move out of town with him. We paid the bill for the mechanic and she was to pay us back. The total for this was $102.35.On or around September 26, 2016 she came back in and at that time there was a water pump problem with the [redacted]. So again we sent her to our mechanic and he replaced the water pump which we got from [redacted] as well as the antifreeze the [redacted] needed. Again, this was with our discount from the auto parts store. Again, as previously stated, she had quit her job and had no money to pay at this time. We paid for the parts totaling $64.87 which we added to the previous balance. Now the balance was $167.22 which [redacted] had agreed to pay us back for as these problems were not covered under her Warranty,We did not hear anything from [redacted] for several weeks so on November 12, 2016 the owner, Lois M[redacted], called her and left her a voicemail stating that she still had an open balance with us for the parts for her vehicle and to let us know when she would be in to pay. We received a call back from [redacted] at which time she stated she knew she had a balance but has been sick and will come in when she is feeling better. That is the last time we have been in contact with [redacted] as she no longer was returning our calls.Never in any of these conversations from day of purchase until November 2016 was there any mention of transmission problems. As stated previously, had there been any mention, we would have had it looked at immediately. The owner, Lois, went above and beyond to help [redacted] out when she was struggling with her relationship situation and quitting her job, etc. to the point where she even personally loaned [redacted] some money and then wrote it offI have attached all documentation and notes we have kept concerning this customer. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.Michelle N.Office Manager
