They told me that the payments I was making were "just lease payments." *** *** has the worst customer service manners I have ever dealt with!! This is a very poorly ran businessI would not recommend anyone to shop at shopezcredit.com!!! Poor poor serviceThey tell you wrongful information

Because that is not right we where approved for the truck tires *** said and when we where send the tires they where the different tires than when I called several times I just got the answer machine and lefted a lot of messages on the machine and nobody would return my calls I told them that we where not sending no more money and the tire places here in town wouldnt put the tires on the truck because they where not the right kind so I dont agree with that and than at the last they told us that it was to late to send the tires back because the tires where last year tires so they just keep giving us the run around so I think they need to do something about this

On 10/20/14 Mr. [redacted] signed the attached Agreement for Goodyear Assurance Tires.  See attached Spec sheet of what we shipped him.
The size and style of the tire are what he told us he needed.  We have no other way to know what tires our customer needs unless they tell...

Once they received the tires on 11/3/2014, Mrs. [redacted] called in and said that they wanted a more expensive truck tire.  She said that her husband wanted a more agressive tire called a Wrangler Duratrack in the same size. 
On 11/10/2014, we told her they would need to pay $546 for the cost difference and that we would issue return labels for the tires they had and ship them the more expensive tires they wanted.  She said she would speak to her husband about this. 
On 11/17/2014 she called back in and said they did not have the $546 cash difference and asked if we would finance that amount.  Because they had already used all of their available credit line we could not finance the difference.  She said she would contact us when they had the money.
On 12/8/2014 Mrs. [redacted] called back in and asked again if there was anything we could do about the $546 cash difference.  We told her if it would help we would let her make small payments to us, of whatever amount she chose, until the $546 was paid and then make the tire exchange.  She said she would try to start sending us something.  She never sent us anything. 
On 2/26/2015, she called us again and asked if there was anything we could do to exchange the tires for the more expensive ones without any more cash.
We checked with our tire vendor and they told us that even if they could do that, since they were last years tires they could not receive them back into inventory.  I told Mrs. [redacted] that she should try to sell the tires that she has, pay off the finance company and then buy the tires they really wanted.   
They received the passenger tires that they told us to order for them.  They never paid the $546 difference for the truck tires.  We shipped them exactly what they purchased.
