EZ Crete Construction

Review: In May of 2013, I had EZ-Crete Construction Install Two new concrete apron Pads at my home. Approximently Nine months Later (Feb 2014), I noticed that the aprons were sinking about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch. I informed The installer of the issue and only wanted him to look at it and stand by his product if need be. He informed me he would come by to look at issue which he never did. I waited almost one month to call him back at which time I thanked him for the no response to my concern. I never did get to talk to him. All I wanted was a guarentee, in writing to the problem if it continues in the future because it should of never sunk so soon after install. let alone crack.Desired Settlement: A letter in writing that his company will stand by cement job if it continues to settle like it was recently. To basically stand by and guarantee product/labor
