to whom it may concern, I, the undersigned *** ***, owner of EZ Deal Autosales confirming the following facts to the best of my knowledge and recollection:
on 2/9/I sold a dodge avenger licensed plate number *** to
*** ***, After her test drive and inspection she was very happy and excited about the car, she was given days or miles warranty, just like everybody elseFew days later she came claiming that her brake is little bit soft and asked if we can check it, we did and we went ahead anyway and replaced the brakesThen about days before the end of the days warranty she claimed that the temperature is little bit over the one half of the temperature gage, we checked the car, the ear was not over heating but as a courtesy to our customer we changed the thermostat and flushed the radiatorShe came with a friend of hers to pick up the car and stated that her friend bought a newer car than hers for less down payment than what she paid to us, can I change my car?I said no you can'tshe said can I get my money back? So Ican buy another car from another dealer? I said noshe became very upsetShe took the car and left unhappy
Then at the last day of the days she called me saying that the car is not good, you sold me a bad car, I want my money back or I will sue youI said if you have any problem in your car I am willing to fix it but If you are calling to get your money back , I am sorry I can't and
do what you want to do, however you owe me the monthly payment and you need to pay it
She said I don't have the money and I'm not going to pay you
My conclusion is that I sold her a good car, I took care of her during the legal period of the free warranty which was the daysI believe that she may not be able to pay the payment that's why she is trying to get out of the commitment to fulfill the agreementI've been selling cars for the past years, I've been taking good care of my customers and I didn't do anything wrong, immoral or illegalAnd I refuse to pay her back the down payment that she is demanding, and I am exercising my right to demand the monthly payment, which is $200/month effective march.XXXXXX I
